Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how everything integrates seamlessly, offers, invoices, director's invoices, and overall accounting, including hourly tracking. The Sorba manager is particularly beneficial for creating final invoices, as it provides a comprehensive view of all recorded hours and materials, ensuring nothing is missed and helping to assess project completion effectively.

Cons

For us planners and architects, it would be helpful to have modules specifically for architects, like creating a contractor list, fee offers, contractor schedules, and rough cost estimations. Right now, we use another program for this, and we end up duplicating efforts with addresses and other tasks.

Creating invoices based on scope and director's invoices is highly adaptable to my needs. The built-in NPK functions efficiently, and it includes director's rates from the builders' association for various years.

Cons

There are many hidden functions, and the project name field is too short (too few characters allowed). When entering values for a new project, I can't use new text but must first re-enter this text.
