“SORBA as a complete solution
Pros
The different modules within SORBA are excellently interconnected, which enhances its functionality. I also appreciate how SORBA is continuously improving and evolving. The support hotline is not only highly skilled but also consistently friendly and approachable.
Cons
I'd like to see more options for customizing based on my needs, such as display, search, image, insert, and display functions. Creating new print formats is quite complex.

I find it fantastic that SORBA is always evolving, with new features and modules being added regularly. The digital processing of accounts payable, visa control, and reporting are particularly impressive. Also, the telephone support has become more accessible and effective in recent times.
Cons
Currently, there's no solution for how we envision the electronic dispatch of payslips (SORBA offers pure mailing, but we have other ideas). This issue was noted during development or AD.

Pros
The overall experience is intuitive and well-integrated with accounting, reporting, and other functions. The support provided is also top-notch and highly effective.
Cons
Unfortunately, when updating Sorba, the program often freezes, or I have to wait a long time for inputs to be saved before I can continue (e.g., January 2023 had notably long wait times until the program partially exited). Even though licenses are paid for different areas (e.g., Devisquick, Projektquick, Tagesrapport, Debijournal....), they only work on one workstation at a time. For instance, if I only need the working report area temporarily, I have to go through the hassle of changing workstations. This can be quite costly for smaller businesses. Why can't prices be scaled according to company size?
