I appreciate how Swiftender encourages me to be part of the system's development. 2. I value the control I have over my database. 3. I'm glad Swiftender doesn't charge fees to monopolize my sub-trades. 4. I find the system very accessible and intuitive for both my staff and sub-trades.

Cons

The only real downside is the lack of security with document control once a link is sent. While having a link that stays current regardless of revisions is a great feature and allows sub-trades easy access throughout their supply chain and internally, it also poses a security risk since the link can be forwarded and shared beyond my control. I think this is manageable by the Contractor, and it's important to be cautious about who you share information with. However, I'd like the ability to block or delete an invitation or at least monitor and track who has accessed it. Despite this issue, my four main advantages outweigh it. I hope this issue will be addressed in the future. Shayan and his team are excellent, and over the years I've used this program, I've seen its growth and believe in its evolution.

Finding how to send to a specific person or company for each project took me a while. There should be an easier way to do that (unless I'm misinformed).

I can easily access the subcontractor database; defining the work areas of each company is very effective; tracking tenders is easy.

In the future, there might be a tool to visualize projects being tendered without downloading. It could also have a tool for awarding contracts and keeping information in real time (automatic award/non-award messages). Qualitative fields like ratings and years in the market might also be added.

This is precisely what a tendering software should be. It's organized by division, invites only relevant trades and suppliers, and hosts the files needed for trades to download. Trades can be categorized into unionized or non-union with the correct designation for each project. It also has a system for uploading addenda.

There's nothing to complain about. It works great, and we haven't had any problems with it.

Swiftender has developed a platform that is very clear and simple to navigate. It's simple and includes all the essential features for managing construction projects.

Document sharing is easy and reliable, saving time compared to sending invites individually. The sub-trade packaging by specific division is efficient. There are multiple options for invitations (distance, name, company, company requirements, etc.).

I'm impressed by how quickly I can create projects and send them out for bids. The process is very smooth and easy for both me and the companies bidding. I also found that Swiftender keeps an up-to-date list of trades, allowing me to update contact information and scopes of work.

There's nothing specific. Customer support was great, so any issues I had were resolved quickly.

What I appreciate most about Swiftender is that the OASISCODE team is dedicated to serving their clients and is always open to suggestions for improving the software and adding more value. Yesterday, I logged in to find new functionalities, reporting, and analytics options.

I haven't found any cons. The tool does everything I need and more.
