I really appreciate how this tool saves our team time, resources and budget. The bid reporting and tracking features are spot on accurate which makes a huge difference. Having real time data at my fingertips is incredibly valuable and the secure document storage gives me peace of mind. What impressed me most is how quickly it streamlined and modernized our entire workflow plus getting started was surprisingly simple too.

Havent used it enough to spot any real issues yet but I am sure there are areas that could be improved once I get more familiar with the system.

I love the ease of use it provides me with. Starting work on my laptop and switching to my tablet or phone works perfectly since everything syncs automatically.

Getting help when problems arise can be frustrating for instance, phone support and chat response times need to be less though the actual software transition was smooth enough.
