Efficient like an office assistant

Pros

I really appreciate how quickly I can get things done. The software is so efficient it's like having a mini office assistant right at my fingertips.

Cons

Setting everything up was a snap. I'd love it if there was an integrated landing page for my business that I could send customers to, complete with some stock photos and a way to showcase my services or blog posts. It would be great to have that all in one place.

Huge time-saver reusing customer details

Pros

Being able to save all my customer details and reuse them for future quotes or invoices is a huge time-saver.

Cons

Would be really helpful to have a breakdown in quotes that shows a subtotal for materials, a subtotal for labor and then the final total.

Simple quotes with auto-calculation, needs better editing and multi-currency

Pros

Creating quotes and invoices is really simple and I love that it handles all the calculations for me automatically.

Cons

We need more editing options for the columns like designation, quantity, unit price and tax. It would also be great to have multi-currency support for both dollars and rupees and the ability to insert new rows and columns. The project address area isn't really necessary for us.

Professional looking documents but lacks upcharge feature and direct payment

Pros

The documents look so professional which definitely helps me make a good impression on my clients.

Cons

Wish there was a way to add an upcharge for my contractor fees. Also adding new lines when editing an existing quote is a bit difficult. Lastly it would be helpful if clients had a direct payment option.

Pros

It's simple to use and doesn't break the bank.

Cons

The invoicing feature should automatically mark an invoice as paid and calculate any late fees for overdue invoices.

Pros

I also use Service Seeking but I much prefer quoting from this app. The other one I tried was confusing and took way too much time.

Cons

No cons. The Toltec app makes calculating my taxable income really simple.

great and easy quoting

Pros

It's a great quoting program that's generally easy to use. It just needs a couple of tweaks like adding a "CC" field for sending invoices and a clearer way to handle final invoices after a deposit is paid. Other than that I love it.

Cons

I don't have any complaints, the program is good and easy to use.

More I use it, the easier it gets. It has so many helpful functions that make creating the perfect invoice or quote really simple.

Cons

quick for invoices and quotes

Pros

It's so quick and easy for me to get my invoices and quotes done.

Cons

When you use an automated text suggestion, you have to click forward to keep it, otherwise it just disappears.
