“Helps manage our operations

Pros

I could scan barcodes and instantly check tools across different locations with ToolWatch. It made tracking the status and location of each item so much easier and nothing got missed in the process.

Cons

Have noticed a bit of lagging especially when I'm switching between the warehouse and jobsite modules. Its not frequent but it happens sometimes.

Pros

This has really improved things for us by giving us a clear view of our assets. Plus the billing and purchase order features have been a game changer.

Cons

Would be nice if I could get more check ins from our account rep. It'd also be great if there were opportunities to attend conferences or similar events to meet other experienced users and share tips.

Pros

We are so impressed with how easy it is to use. Managing all of our tools and supplies is way better than with our previous program. Customer service has been outstanding too!

Cons

The invoices can't be customized which is a bit of a letdown. Plus setting it up can be pretty time consuming.

Pros

Its really simple to use and I can easily pass that knowledge on to others when we're training new users since it is easy to understand too.

Cons

The report design could really use more layers of filtering to make it a truly valuable tool. Right now its a little limited in that regard.

We get a lot of updates about what's happening and I personally use it to manage tool inventories and keep track of them. It works flawlessly for this purpose.

Cons

I don't see any drawbacks. Everything has been running pretty smoothly.

I appreciate the different features it offers which helps us out a lot in our work. It is very user friendly also.

Cons

What bugs me the most is the new cloud version. It is just not as quick as it used to be.

I really like how easy it is to track everything on TOOLWATCH and as well make adjustments for rentals.

Cons

I wish I could adjust some features on my own but I have to reach out to support every time I want to make changes.

Pros

It changed the way we manage consumable inventory and improved our accuracy. Plus, it helps us schedule and track equipment maintenance so we no longer need separate software for that.

Cons

The current costing methods don't really give me an accurate material inventory value from an accounting standpoint. I've been told an update is on the way to address that issue.
