“Great time saver!

Pros

Traqspera is simple to use and syncs seamlessly with Spectrum, our accounting system. It has saved us several hours per payroll cycle by eliminating the need for multiple timesheet entries. The support team is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The development team is also proactive in improving the system without causing disruptions.

Cons

Sometimes it runs slowly, which frustrates our Foreman on sites who don't always have the best Wi-Fi. Also, the auto-logout is quite fast, so I find myself logging into the site multiple times a day.

Pros

After using Traqspera for over five months, I've found it to be a huge time saver. It replaced our previous process of using multiple spreadsheets and calculations by consolidating everything into a single, intuitive system. It acts as a central portal, tracking essential information available both in the office and on-site. Uploading initial data was effortless! The support has been excellent from the start and continues to be so.

Cons

The Development team is very responsive and eager to receive customer feedback and look for improvement opportunities. While updates happen seamlessly in the background, it can sometimes be hard to keep up with the new features.

I love being able to pull reports directly from Traqspera in various formats. The real-time data capability is fantastic. I can access information about jobs, employees, and assets from my desktop or remotely through the app.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that Traqspera lets me save forms that aren't fully completed, which can undermine the goal of sharing information.

The interface is excellently designed, making it simple to access any features. Its intuitive layout ensures it's accessible for users of all skill levels, regardless of technical ability.

Sometimes, when I run a query for an employee or a job, the database doesn't load all available options, resulting in "no results" being found. A refresh usually fixes this, but for those unaware, it creates the impression of an incomplete database for our admin staff. Additionally, there are some issues with saving timesheets where, after completing a week's entries, it saves the timesheet as completed and approved but deletes all submitted entries.

Pros

My favorite feature is tracking a job's profitability daily. For cost-plus jobs, I can pull reports to share with clients each day.

Cons

Some page breaks work better in different web browsers. When sub-grouping jobs, there are too many keystrokes needed to get it done.

Traqspera is intuitive and time-saving. The easy timesheet entry accelerates the payroll process and keeps track of current and past employees.

Cons

Their development version is an excellent 'sandbox' that allows me to get a feel for the software or try new features without worrying about how it will affect my data. Definitely worth a try, highly recommended.

I like having up-to-date employee information and certifications uploaded. The time tracking for payroll and job billing is very useful.

Cons

It has the potential to hold a lot of detail, but sometimes for small projects, the setup takes longer than the job itself.

I need to understand the administrative side of the product a bit more. Matt and his team are willing to come in and show me what I need.
