“Frustrating portal and terrible support

Pros

Support keeps telling me to log in with a different username but my username works fine while theirs doesn't. They insist I use one for the portal and another for the project which makes no sense. This has happened multiple times and it leaves me stuck in circles without ever getting project access.

Cons

I absolutely dislike this tool. For me, there's nothing positive about it, it feels ridiculous, frustrating and ultimately a complete waste of time.

“Simpe to use and good connectivity with other programs

Pros

I like that it's simple to use and connecting it with my other programs is stress free and without any difficulty, which saves me time and keeps my workflow smooth.

Cons

While everything is easy to run, the software tends to run slowly sometimes, which drags down my productivity and makes even simple tasks take longer than they should.
