Pros
I honestly cannot recall any major advantages compared to other invoicing programs, as it doesn't seem to offer unique benefits over competitors.
Cons
From my perspective, the biggest drawbacks of Vertuoza are already written in my experience notes. They show how the system can sometimes feel unpolished and a bit amateurish, leaving room for a lot of improvement.

“Misleading Sales Claims
Pros
It's quite easy to be misled by the sales pitch that suggests the software will perfectly meet your needs which in reality was not the case for me.
Cons
Using the mobile app feels very limited since it doesn't provide access to most core features. Other than creating a quote by voice, I can't reach planning, interventions, or client details, which restricts its usefulness.

Pros
What stood out to me most was the human connection with the representatives, as their communication and relational approach felt genuine and supportive.
Cons
I think not having a trial period and being required to pay upfront for an entire year makes the investment riskier, especially for new users who aren't yet sure if it fits their needs.

“Doesn't Perform As Well As You'd Expect
Pros
I find that the software tries to handle multitasking but in practice it doesn't perform as expected and often falls short of what I need.
Cons
My opinion is that customer service and guidance could be stronger and tools like invoice management and dashboard functions would also benefit from improvements.
