Pros

It helps secure my documents and I love the flexibility when setting up different workflows.

Cons

The interface could be better but overall its a solid platform for managing documents

Pros

I can easily track projects, labor changes and RFIs all in one spot that my whole team can access. Honestly, managing everything from a single platform has streamlined our workflow significantly.

Cons

The submittal management isn't the most convenient when you need to select or modify several sections at once. Not a major issue though.

Pros

Love how everyone on the team can see what is happening including progress updates, any problems that come up and it tracks absolutely everything. Whether its admin stuff, accounting matters, site issues or estimating problems, its all there for everyone to access.

Cons

Creates a heavy workload for individuals due to all the processes that need to be handled.

I like being able to mark up PDFs directly within the platform and the bundling feature for submittals or RFIs with attachments is really convenient.

Cons

the website can be pretty slow to load sometimes and ever since they switched to trimble I have to sign in twice every time which gets annoying

“Amazing project management tool with room for improvement

Pros

This cloud based solution handles construction project management really well. Being able to store all our documents, drawings and photos in one place is amazing and the multi-level security access for different project participants works perfectly for our needs.

Cons

There are a couple of areas for improvement. File uploads dont retain the folder structure, which would be really useful. Also, I'd prefer the option to set up custom security parameters instead of relying on the preset ones.
