The visualization of processes and rendering of project progress in images, both theoretical and real, is a feature I really appreciate because it brings clarity to tracking work over time.

Cons

The pricing feels a bit heavy for me, especially when trying to manage multiple small projects at once without opening them all easily.

Pros

It is a perfect real-time construction management tool for us that keeps everything running smoothly and ensures work is always up to date without delays.

What I do appreciate is the real time clash detection, strong visualization tools and live construction sequence follow-up, which make it valuable despite some gaps.

“Easy BIM Tracking

Pros

For me, the progress monitoring is easy with BIM, allowing both schedule-based and visual tracking of project performance directly on the model.

Cons

Progress percentage calculations still need improvement as I noticed they don't always give the most accurate or useful output.

What I like most about VisiLean is how easily the project schedule links with the 3D model, giving a clear picture of timelines.

One of the things I like least is how long it takes for a page to refresh, which can slow down the workflow.

When I used it consistently, the platform becomes a single source of truth for all planned and as-built activities. Unlike spreadsheets that quickly became outdated, information here is preserved and easy to access.

Cons

For me, the export functions, particularly from table view, could be smoother to better support the shift from paper based to digital processes. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, which makes it harder to use in fast paced and live project settings.

“Convenient for Mobile Updates

Pros

I find it simple to use and with its potential as a central source of project data plus the mobile app, managing updates is highly convenient.

Cons

The scheduler view would be more effective if you could scroll left to right between weeks while keeping the same location visible and scrolling one week at a time in phase view would also help. Constraints should be tracked more clearly by trade and it's frustrating that you can't commit a task to the following week.

“Strong Team Collaboration

VisiLean works very well for collaborative efforts like us, especially when teams are working under tight deadlines and need a common space to stay aligned.

Cons

Offline access is missing, which is a real drawback I noticed, especially for sites in remote areas.

Pros

Real-time project updates are easy and I like being able to send information directly from the job site through the mobile app. Customer support and onboarding were also excellent.

Cons

I don't have a lot of negatives, because whenever we suggest improvements the team usually delivers them quickly in updates, which shows strong commitment to development.

Pros

The integration with BIMLean is impressive for us as it supports lean planning, imports schedules and models easily and provides 4D simulations with color-coded work statuses. It improves collaboration, planning and communication for our team while summarizing project status with PPC tracking, reports and variance mapping. The mobile version further makes data accessible from anywhere.

Cons

From a designer's perspective like me, adding more design-oriented features would make the system stronger overall.

Pros

What I like the best is that 3D BIM and 4D simulations stand out alongside features like value engineering and waste reduction which add significant project efficiency.

Cons

In my opinion, while the cloud and app work well, real-time updates become an issue in places with poor connectivity, which is why an offline version would make a big difference.

Pros

I often rely on the mobile app since it makes daily use extremely convenient, especially with its smooth quality approval workflow. Work completion updates are just a click away, instantly notifying senior engineers. With its cloud-based access and Gantt view, scheduling and tracking projects feels as simple as using a social app.

Cons

For me, working in basements or areas with weak signals makes it impossible to update from the mobile app. The support team has been responsive about this and assured improvements are coming.

“Excellent Construction tool

Pros

It also helps me to keep track of important contractual issues which makes documentation and accountability much easier.

Cons

The only drawback is that it still takes time for the software to really settle into people's daily workflows and adoption can be slow at first.

“Great mobile app for planning and management

The mobile app has been particularly helpful because it allows me to focus only on my tasks without unnecessary clutter.

I think the web version feels confusing and harder to navigate for first-time users, which can be a barrier to getting started.

Live updates on phones make the process smooth and I spend very little time documenting activities because everything aligns with the plan. Subcontractors become more responsible as they must accept and prepare activities weeks in advance which really streamlines accountability.

Cons

There's no full long-term planning view, like a 12-month overview, which would make planning sessions with contractors much easier. The current use of colors helps the planner but isn't as useful in group meetings.

“Oustanding and Accessible Tool

Pros

This is a great piece of software that both our project team and suppliers can access easily through the web or app. I've seen a huge reduction in errors since suppliers now update progress and constraints directly instead of relying on spreadsheets and the VisiLean team has been outstanding in training and customizing the tool for us.

Cons

Like with any software, it took me a little time at the beginning to get used to the navigation and figure out the system.

“Easy Jobsite Setup

Pros

The mobile app along with the clean design of the website made it effortless for me to introduce and implement this software at our job sites.

Cons

So far nothing really stands out as a problem for me. Since the software is still quite new to our team, I imagine issues might appear in the future but at this stage there's nothing that feels like it needs fixing right away.

“Simple for Progress Review

Pros

With the integration of the model and schedule, it's easy for off-site personnel to review progress and I really value the responsiveness of the customer support team who are always ready to assist.

Cons

There have been a few times when the model lagged or buffered and I had to reset the program. It doesn't happen often, maybe once or twice every couple of weeks but when it does it interrupts the workflow.

“Helpful Visuals and Nice Customer Care

Pros

I found the visuals especially useful for virtual team meetings and the mobile capabilities made quick updates simple. The support team was proactive and eager to help which made me feel confident about using the system.

Cons

I felt limited when we weren't allowed to integrate this with P6, as it seemed like a missed opportunity. An update has since made shifting programs backward possible, which had been frustrating before, so it's good to see that kind of progress.

“Useful for Daily Planning

Pros

This software works very well for me and in daily planning activities it keeps proving to be more useful as time goes on which is a really good thing.

Cons

This software proves to be quite effective when applied in civil engineering projects, as it adds clear value to planning and execution. Nothing really bothers me.

“Helpful for staying on track

Pros

It also gives me a clear snapshot of today's planned progress, making it easier to stay on track with what needs to be accomplished and what needs to be done.

Cons

One feature which I don't like that currently there is no way to delete or edit data once it's been submitted and that can become frustrating whenever corrections are required.
