Pros
The way it connects with our engineering design software, Vetro FiberMap, makes it easy to automatically generate field work orders and update designs with as-built changes while the work is happening.
Cons
The dashboard features are pretty disappointing. There aren't any simple tools for building your own reports or charts.

Pros
I really appreciate how this lets me customize my workspace and connect it with our design software. The support team is consistently friendly and helpful whenever I need troubleshooting assistance. After getting through the initial setup, our field workers found it easy to understand.
Cons
Product requests take forever to get addressed and when you report bugs, you are stuck waiting ages for fixes.

Pros
I am really impressed with what this platform offers after using it for over three months now. The features are solid and I love how customizable the workspace is. It adapts perfectly to what we need. The team was really helpful too and they walked us through everything. Their support throughout the whole process was top notch.
Cons
As we have gotten more familiar with it, I have noticed some redundant elements in the interface that could be improved to make things more user friendly. These aren't major issues but cleaning up the user experience would definitely help with getting more people across the company to actually use it.

“Highly flexible Construction Management Solution
Pros
This tool lets us track hundreds of projects at different completion stages which has been super useful for our workflow. What I really appreciate is how it works as a hybrid system. Different teams can either work on tasks simultaneously or wait for specific triggers to move forward. The mix of customizable fields and preset dropdown menus means we can track virtually anything we need. Moving backlogged items between project stages is simple and the ticketing system helps us flag issues to address later. The color coding makes sense and actually relates to what we're monitoring. Having both table and form views is great since everyone on the team has different working preferences.
Cons
The sheer amount of customization options can feel overwhelming at times and you end up cycling through different settings until you find what works best for you. While customer support is helpful and responsive, the process of customising everything to match your workflow can be pretty time consuming and sometimes feels like you are going in circles.

Pros
The team feels like family and that too the kind you actually enjoy being around. I never dread picking up the phone or jumping into meetings with these folks. It takes a bit of time to get used to the software but if you can handle Excel, you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. They actually listen when you suggest improvements and then follow through with the updates. Everything feels polished and well designed, nothing seems thrown together as an afterthought.
Cons
Nothing significant stands out as problematic. The platform is simple and packed with useful functions.

“Genuine customer care with personalized support
Pros
Been using this for about two and a half years and the relationships I have built with their team have been really valuable. Everyone there genuinely cares and lives up to their Servant Leaders philosophy. They are constantly pushing to deliver the best product and customer service they can.
Cons
I would really like to see them push harder on making this more user friendly, faster and better at syncing between the front end and back end database. While its definitely improved over the last couple years, some tasks can still be pretty frustrating to work through. The platform tends to be glitchy sometimes.

Pros
Great training resources and detailed workflow coverage from design to invoicing. The one stop shop approach really streamlines everything and the zoom training sessions are super helpful when you are stuck on something or getting started.
Cons
The report number doesn't auto populate in fields like it does with regular production reports which means I have to do extra manual work to fill in those details myself.
