“Love everything it does for us!
Pros
It has amazing features! From scheduling and communication to lead management, estimating and take offs, everything is covered. It even has a documents folder, QRs, time tracking job and cost tracking, site diaries, template folders and Xero integrations. The ease of use, value for money and customer support are all top notch. The best part is how simple it makes communicating with clients and your team and keeping everything in one place has been a game changer.
Cons
Moving from a different platform, it took a little while to get used to the new layout. But after some time, we figured out where everything was and now it feels completely natural. I wouldn't have it any other way now.

Pros
It provides great clarity while managing projects. Real time progress tracking keeps everyone aligned and the integrated client portal makes communication with clients both easy and professional. It cuts down on back and forth and gives the entire team confidence. The support team is excellent too. They're always helpful and they keep improving the platform based on what users ask for.
Cons
In the beginning, it was a bit tricky to get started especially getting familiar with all the features was hard. Some functions took longer to integrate into our workflow but once we caught up, the system became super efficient. Whenever we had issues or suggestions, the Wunderbuild team was really supportive.

“Necessary tool for builders
Pros
Wunderbuild offers everything you need from quoting and estimating to reporting and progress claims. Its super easy to use and their customer support is very cooperative. They really listen to suggestions and are quick to add updates and new features that make sense.
Cons
The only thing I regret is not switching to Wunderbuild sooner!

“Affordable Local Service
Pros
The cost is affordable and since it is Australian based, I feel confident supporting local businesses. The setup process has been consistent and the training they provide is very thorough. The support has been incredible too with fast response times. What I love the most is that they genuinely listen to our feedback and make sure to improve the product based on our needs.
Cons
It would be great to do training in person but I understand there are limitations to this kind of thing. Fingers crossed for the future though.

“Top software and they value customer feedback
Pros
Their product development is way better than the competitors. What sets them apart is their willingness to actually listen to customers and adapt the system to our needs. I've never seen another company so dedicated to making their product work exactly the way users want it. They really value feedback.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any downsides. Any issues we've had have either been fixed already or are being worked on so no complaints here.
