Pros
What stands out for me is the project setup and management. This tool lets me configure multiple projects my own way instead of forcing a rigid structure like other platforms. The different project views are particularly valuable. Both clients and internal teams can access the info they need while keeping sensitive data secure.
Cons
It feels complicated to move around on the Pin screen, and adding comments isn't easy since most people expect left-click navigation. Instead, you have to add pins that can't be removed, only deleted if empty.
