Awesome tool for customer communication

Pros

The flexibility in task design and management really stands out. Even when clients don't label their comments or requests properly, I can still track everything easily. Nothing gets lost, which is crucial for my workflow. The pricing feels fair considering it handles everything I need for remote web development projects.

Cons

No problems at all. The interface is simple, natural, and delivers reliable results every time.

Efficient way of communicating with customers

Pros

What stands out for me is the project setup and management. This tool lets me configure multiple projects my own way instead of forcing a rigid structure like other platforms. The different project views are particularly valuable. Both clients and internal teams can access the info they need while keeping sensitive data secure.

Cons

It feels complicated to move around on the Pin screen, and adding comments isn't easy since most people expect left-click navigation. Instead, you have to add pins that can't be removed, only deleted if empty.

Simple and Highly Effective Tool thats also Flexible

Pros

This tool makes client work so much smoother with its user-friendly dashboard that's easy to set up. Managing users and projects feels simpler than anything else I've used for web and app testing. I really appreciate that clients can leave comments and tags to tell me exactly what changes they want. Plus, it's lightweight and doesn't need extra storage.

Cons

The browser extension requirement for capturing course images is annoying, even if necessary. It can trip up some users, and the project execution feels rough. My team keeps running into duplicate issues because visibility is poor, so problems and screenshots pile up.

Workflow improved with zipBoard

Pros

I like how this tool lets me handle multiple projects my own way. What stands out most is being able to review all kinds of content, images, documents, or web-based PDFs. The team consistently works on adding new features and responds quickly when I suggest improvements.

Cons

The software crashes occasionally and has some glitches, though I appreciate the simple interface design. Large buttons make tasks easy, but I wish there were keyboard shortcuts to update item statuses directly from the task view. That would make the review process much smoother.

Solid Platform for UX & eLearning designers

Pros

Very easy to use, even when you're just starting out. Team members without technical backgrounds can use it right away without training.

Cons

Sometimes the platform gets glitchy, and when that happens, our entire team ends up waiting for it to come back online.

No need to switch between tools anymore

Pros

I love how simple it is to review websites and create bug lists without switching between tools. Being able to capture screenshots and build detailed lists in one quick action is awesome.

Cons

The ability to archive lists would be helpful.

Amazing program

Pros

Being able to check how websites look across different screen sizes is amazing. What sets this apart is that it captures screenshots in each view, making my feedback super clear.

Cons

I can't really complain. If I had to nitpick, the interface could use some polish, though it's improving over time.
