Wix's simplified proofreader makes it easy to build a professional website without needing coding skills. It offers many layouts and detailed instructions, making it very beginner-friendly and ideal for small businesses starting out.

One downside is that once your website is live, you can't change templates which I think should be an option. Also there is a storage limit on all plans.

The drag-and-drop feature for linking assets from the server is excellent, there's no need to download assets manually.

Sometimes it takes a long time to drag images.

If the metadata or search terms aren't spelled correctly, the search function won't be able to find what you need.

The search/filter function could be better and the standard portals lack customization in terms of styling.

The product is very userfriendly. When I need to send documentation to a customer, I just click "share" and send the link, avoiding the hassle of attaching large files to emails. The search engine is also excellent!

Cons

Currently, Widen is not integrated with Salesforce and I'm unsure if this is a company decision or if integration isn't possible.

Sometimes, even when accurate keywords are entered, the search function doesn't pull up the correct files. It's frustrating when images that should appear are missing.

As someone who values organization, I really appreciated how easy it was to categorize, tag, and organize all of our organization's digital assets. Managing hundreds or thousands of images and video files in the cloud became much easier and Widen Collective made this process intuitive and efficient.

As with any software, there's a learning curve. However Widen provides thorough training and exceptional customer support so don't let this deter you!
