Very simple and well-connected!

Pros

I use it daily to match our bills with stock and it's very simple and well-connected. Everything links together perfectly and using the keyboard shortcuts, I can pull up other related details and see it all on one screen. I also use it to verify that our bills match direct customer orders, ensuring the client got everything, that we're charging them correctly for our costs and that the inventory is properly recorded. It's an incredibly flexible tool. I'm a huge fan.

Cons

Nothing at all. It took me a little while to get the hang of it but that's on me. Once I learned it became quick, simple and very helpful.

Good daily data summaries

Pros

In my opinion, the data summaries available are a good thing to have at hand. I run accounts receivable and payable reports every day. It's simple for me to pull details by a specific client or by their individual projects.

Cons

Wish switching between different sections was smoother. For instance jumping from the bills section over to a customer order requires too many steps.

highly customizable tool

Pros

Everyone can set up the system to work their own way. It's very welcoming and provides excellent organizational tools to monitor everything moving through the business.

Cons

The main challenge we've faced is with brand-new employees who have no background with it. They need several days of instruction just to feel confident enough to ensure everything operates correctly.

Simple multi-user operation

Pros

It's simple for many people to operate at once and following an order through each stage is easy. It's simple to find your way around and check past activity.

Cons

Teaching new team members how to use the platform can be tough because every person uses it in their own unique way which makes standard training difficult.
