My experience with this company was unfortunately one of the worst I've ever had. Right from the start, I noticed a lack of consistency in their service due to the constant turnover of account representatives. It felt like every few months I would be assigned a new rep who had to familiarize themselves with my account, causing confusion and miscommunication. This frequent turnover left me feeling unsupported and frustrated, as each new rep seemed to have a different understanding of my goals, requiring me to explain everything all over again and leaving issues unresolved. Instead of building a partnership, the changes in reps felt like I was starting from scratch each time which only added to my frustration. Also their customer service was subpar. Replies were often slow and the knowledge base appeared limited. I often had to repeat myself, wasting both time and patience.
Cons
The system is too inflexible, with inadequate help documentation, poor training resources and a weak relationship with the vendor.

Overall, I've had a positive experience with Aprimo and I'm excited about their future roadmap.
Cons
While we continuously see new updates, Aprimo still needs to improve in areas like project scheduling and resource planning.

“Great functionality but it's costly with no customer support”
Pros
The software is packed with features and capabilities. Once I got it set up and familiarized myself with it, I was able to quickly make adjustments to workflows and manage projects. If I need to make a change, I can usually handle it myself and implement the update fast. The system is flexible and capable of meeting nearly all of my needs.
Cons
The customer service is subpar. I would often reach out for assistance but they took an extended period to respond. By the time they did, I usually had resolved the issue myself, or if we spoke on the phone, they often didn't know how to fix it, leaving me to solve it independently. The system requires refreshing each time we load a page, which is time-consuming. It also crashes intermittently, which can be frustrating. And also the system is quite expensive.
