asy setup across accounts with regular updates

Pros

It's simple for me to use and set up across different accounts and the regular updates with new features and capabilities are a big plus for my team.

Cons

I'd really like to see additional integrations, particularly with AI and payroll systems so everything can be managed in one place.

Pretty amazing software

Pros

I find it very easy to use and set up across different accounts. Plus the regular updates add great new features and capabilities making it even better over time.

Cons

Umm well I think it would be great to see more integrations with AI as well as with payroll systems and software, so everything can be managed in one place.

Good but not perfect

Pros

During my time using Boostlingo I found it to be a very efficient and fast platform for both audio and video calls. Also the interface was user-friendly as it lets me easily customize my profile, add certificates like a pro and navigate the call boards pretty easily.

Cons

One thing I did not like about it was that to take calls, you have to enter a queue where there is no priority or set time for calls. They are assigned to everyone equally so you have to be very quick to click at the right moment or someone else will grab the call before you.

Works better than what we expected

Pros

I am really impressed with how many languages Boostlingo can translate. It is a great feature that makes communication much easier.

Cons

What I disliked most was how long some phone calls can be when you are trying to explain a lot of information to a client.

Billing continues even after cancellation request

Pros

There is nothing so special about it. We just decided to sign up and cover the cost of the service, even though we hardly used it.

Cons

I requested a cancellation and was billed a pro-rated amount. But a month later I got charged the full recurring amount again even though our account manager assured me I wouldn't be billed.

Provides premium translation service at a great price

Pros

Boostlingo is a pretty easy to use translation platform that connects patients with practitioners in just a few clicks. It supports a wide variety of languages, including ASL and is simple for our staff to use. Connecting to a translator takes only seconds and since all translators are medically certified, we never have to worry about miscommunication. Also it is much more affordable than other, lower-quality options making it a prefect choice at a great price.

Cons

We love everything about it. We have never had trouble finding a translator for the language we need and the pricing is really fair.

A complete package

Pros

The best thing about this software is that it has got everything we need in one place. In short it makes collaborating with the whole team so much easier.

Cons

I feel like it would be nice to have the ability to add 50 to 100 more people to a video meeting.

Getting better day by day

Pros

Boostlingo software keeps getting constant updates and improvements. With each update, new features are added which makes life better for both us and our customers.

Cons

Support is always there when we need it

Pros

I love how simple it is to use. Also it is very helpful since I teach others how to use it and because it is so easy, I usually only need to train them once.

Cons

Initially I had some trouble with one of the broadcasting settings. So I think if the instructions were worded differently, I could have figured it out on my own but a support team member helped me fix it quickly.

Provides organized customer service that understands admins

Pros

Well I was really impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service, always available when needed. My rep provided well organized materials to help me get up to speed as an admin and regularly followed up with updates. Overall the communication was excellent. Also I love how flexible the packaging options are for clients. The Quick Dial feature for example is a big hit as it is easy to use. Even the more advanced features are simple for clients to pick up especially if they have time to explore.

Cons

Some of the admin setups can be a bit complicated and confusing but customer service is generally really thorough. Plus the support materials I got for these setups are well-organized and helpful especially in emergencies when customer service isn't available.

Pros

The software itself and app are amazing. I must say the developers really thought of everything needed.

Really enjoy working with it

Pros

Their software is extremely versatile and easy to use. The technical support team is excellent too as they are quick to respond and thorough with follow-ups. We also really like their OPI and VRI platforms. What stands out the most is their vast network of professional interpreters, available in so many languages which has been a huge advantage in growing our interpretation business.

Cons

We really like the fact that you can bypass the PIN and use the video features of the software directly through the website.
