“A great DAM solution with many features

Pros

I appreciate the design and functionality of Brandfolder as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. It simplifies the process of finding assets, whether by search, filtering, or visual browsing. Uploading, organizing, locating, and sharing assets has become much more efficient, saving us significant time.

Cons

I wish there were more affordable options for smaller businesses and organizations. Many places need a solid DAM solution, but there aren't smaller-scale versions with fewer features and a lower price point.

“Incredible software for brand portal

The platform's user interface is simple, flexible and easy to navigate. Brandfolder allows us to set up our own brand portal, which has been extremely useful.

Cons

Based on my experience, I can say this product is impressive. I didn't face any issues while using it.

Storing our company's digital assets in one centralized location was a significant challenge, but Brandfolder has made it simple and hassle-free. The ability to categorize and tag assets with metadata makes it far easier to retrieve and use our digital assets effectively, enhancing our distribution process.

Some of our team members are still getting used to the �add metadata� feature, and it seems to have a bit of a learning curve.

The sales team misrepresented the product's functionality and after several months of being told I needed to upgrade to access the features I was promised, the company is now refusing to issue a refund for software we didn't use.

I really like how the platform is organized to help users quickly find what they need. Whether it's artwork, articles, calendars or other materials, Brandfolder offers excellent categorization options to keep everything easy to access.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve for new users, so it's important to think from a user's perspective when organizing the assets.

The customer service is truly outstanding! They've consistently resolved all of my issues. Using brandfolder has significantly improved our efficiency, saving us both time and money.

As with many modern software solutions, certain advanced features are locked behind higher-tier packages. These packages include features I don't necessarily need but come with a higher price tag.
