It definitely what it is designed for

Pros

I like how quickly changes to content can be published. once a page is updated, the changes show up in just a few minutes.

Cons

For me, the software looks pretty dull, making it easy to get lost especially for new users. The steep learning curve doesn't help either.

Top choice for websites

Pros

We can create highly accessible website for nearly all our customers, thanks to specific instructions and a simple setup wizard. This software is key for building sites that need to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and it works well with the rest of our code without any conflicts.

Cons

It's a great option and one of the best out there. However to avoid frivolous lawsuits, you might need to go for a premium plan. Also making account changes on your iPhone or smartphone can be a hassle. Menus and the layout could definitely use some improvements.

Excellent product and customer service

Pros

We use Crownpeak to host one of our business websites. It's easy to use, customize, and the customer service is great.

Cons

No major issues. Their customer service is excellent and we typically get a response within about 30 minutes.

It's a bit difficult to learn, but the support is amazing

Pros

Customer support team is amazing. Our tickets are always answered quickly and the techs stay on the case until the issue is fully resolved. Although there's a bit of a learning curve, once it's set up, maintaining a strong site is really simple.

Cons

It's almost impossible to get Crownpeak up and running without a third-party partner. We tried using their internal professional services team and while we eventually got the system working, it felt like we were somewhat overlooked in favor of larger clients.
