What I find really helpful is how easily I can send over my documents without any trouble. It just makes the whole process smoother for me.

Honestly I have not found anything negative so far. It has been very useful and really smooth to work with.

One thing I like is being able to control who gets to view and access the files I send. DocSend gives me the option to set custom permissions which is very helpful.

Cons

Just like Dropbox Business it is on the pricier side, especially since we end up paying for both tools together.

It is pretty easy to work with and I really appreciate how it tracks exactly how long someone views each page.

Moving around the software was not a problem at all for me. Everything felt simple, user friendly and easy to figure out.

Well it is perfect for sharing pitch decks with top investors since they do not have to download anything and I can see who viewed what, when and for how long.

The interface can feel a bit awkward at times especially when I am moving folders around or trying to update links.

This has become one of my go to tools for quickly handling authorization of important work documents. Also it is fast and reliable.

Some of the option descriptions in Dropbox are kind of hard to follow. I feel like they could definitely make those clearer and more beginner friendly.

Signing up for Dropbox was really easy. Now I can save as many folders as I want and downloading them takes no time at all.

I feel like not being able to use it offline can be a problem for many especially if something urgent comes up when there is no internet.

It is a great program for sending files securely. Even after I have shared something, I can still manage who is able to access it.

The video sharing did not work that well for me back then. And when you add the cost it just did not feel worth it overall.

It is a little more expensive than other tools offering similar features but if you are already on Dropbox, I will say this one fits best with it.

One thing that bugged me is we cannot embed the spaces directly into our website which limits how we use it.

It is definitely not the cheapest option out there let me tell you. And not having offline functionality makes it tough to use in certain situations.
