“Their support is the BEST

Pros

I have honestly had a great experience using Elfsight. What stood out most was how simple it was to get going. I got the All in One Reviews widget up on our site with barely any effort even using the free version. The dashboard is also pretty user-friendly and setup took no time. Later on when we needed more features, switching to a paid plan was smooth and simple. Their pricing is also fair especially for what you get and it's rare to find a tool that delivers so much without being expensive. Plus their support team is awesome. Even before I signed up I had a few questions and they responded pretty fast with helpful answers. Everyone I have spoken to was friendly and knew their stuff. So if you are after widgets that are powerful, easy to use and backed by a top-tier support team, I'd absolutely suggest going with Elfsight.

Cons

Most of the time its interface seems basic but there were a few times when I had to dig into their docs to figure out some specific features. Though the guides are helpful but I think adding more visuals or video tutorials would make things clearer. Luckily their support team is always quick to help clear up any confusion.

“Pretty easy to customize

What makes Elfsight really special for me is the way it offers customized apps and smart features. It is like a dream come true if you're someone who cannot build everything from scratch. And the pricing is totally fair. You can test things out on a free plan first which is cool. Then when you are ready to expand, they have got a plan to fit every need whether you're managing your own site or working as an agency. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. Each app is simple to set up and they have got step-by-step help for platforms like WordPress, Wix and even Canva. As a beginner I had questions at first but support was always right there. On top of that the community feels like a huge knowledge base. Even small questions or feature ideas get picked up and sometimes added to new updates or custom solutions. They really listen and new features keep coming out. Also their support is fast, their team is active and I find myself using more of their apps all the time.

Honestly I had to really think about it and nothing negative came to mind.

“Offer support that you can count on

Pros

Elfsight is truly awesome. Everything is very simple to work with and the widgets look great and function perfectly. Their support team is always on point. Also they are fast, helpful and super friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Cons

Sometimes the widgets take a little bit to load but it is no big issue. Overall they perform really well and we are pretty happy to have it.

“Happy customer for over three years

Pros

The widgets are very easy to install, tweak and place on my clients sites. I only had to reach out to support once and they got back to me quickly and sorted the issue without any hassle.

Cons

So far I have not found anything I don't like about it.

“Easy to use and integrate

Pros

Well I would say the whole platform the site, the apps and the widgets is really easy to figure out and plug into any website. We do not even have a dedicated tech person but Elfsight made it possible to add features to our Squarespace sites that we could not do ourselves. Plus there are lots of widgets to pick from and the templates make them easy to style and use. And the integrations they support are a huge bonus.

Cons

When I was just starting out and trying to get a handle on things, the pricing felt a bit confusing. Also it took some time before I could reach someone from support to help me understand the different pricing levels.

“Dependable tool backed by great service

Pros

Setup process is pretty quick and using it is not at all complex. We have added Elfsight to all of our websites because it just works so well.

Cons

One thing I have noticed is that it gets pretty expensive if you go with the enterprise version.

What I like the most is the level of customer care. As they really value personal interaction and respond fast when something's urgent.

Cons

There is nothing I disliked. In fact if ever something comes up, their response time is great.
