“Terrible customer service”
Pros
I didn't like anything about this Google extension. It falsely advertises the ability to send mass emails, but it's actually just a website for building newsletters and similar content etc.
Cons
My emails were flagged and sent to my client's spam folder when I used a newsletter created with elink.io. This happened even with clients I regularly communicate with via email.

“Amazing product for managing content from multiple sources”
Pros
There was no need to read a manual because it was very easy to use.
Cons
There are a few minor interface issues that I plan to address with elink, but none of them are preventing me from using the product. It mainly requires more navigational adjustments.

“Horrible customer service”
Pros
It was very user-friendly, and I especially liked the RSS feature.
Cons
Customer service is extremely poor and the pricing seemed inconsistent. The website listed one price but the invoice included extra charges. Be cautious!

“It is very easy to use!”
Pros
I used Elink to curate educational websites for my students, and I loved how I could add a link with an image in just about 20 seconds.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. I used it alongside Weebly to build my school website.

“A real breakthrough”
Pros
It's easy to use, and saved items can be categorized, keeping everything organized. The newsletter creation process is very intuitive and offers a lot of possibilities even in the free version which is what I'm currently using.
Cons
I regret having to upgrade to the paid version to send newsletters directly from the platform instead of just sharing them via a link (which is what I have to do now). The ability to use the RSS feed was also locked behind the paid upgrade. However I understand that these features are priced for a reason.

“Simple and efficient, everything we need these days”
Pros
The platform is very simple and I love the suggested layouts. It's also very simple to personalize everything we create, even without being an expert in the field.
Cons
I haven't found any issues so far. However, as a free trial user, I don't have a complete view of the platform yet.

“A very useful and user-friendly tool for my new newsletter project”
Pros
The integrations for my monthly newsletter and website are very easy to use.
Cons
It's not possible to structure the newsletter with titles or subtitles. This is the only problem I faced.

“Good for online curation projects”
Pros
The product is fairly easy to use although some students have trouble with it. However, online tutorials are available for extra support. I find it to be an enjoyable and easy way for students to research topics. I also use it to create collections of articles and videos on specific subjects like Classroom Management or Technology Tools. I can then set up a discussion board where students review an article and post comments on each other's posts.
Cons
I only use it once or twice each semester so it feels a bit pricey. And I was recently informed about a 40% educator discount, which is helpful!

“Only problem is that pictures not showing in RSS feeds”
Pros
I liked being able to select articles from feeds so I didn't have to publish articles I didn't like when there were many other articles I preferred.
Cons
The pictures don't appear when I try to publish multiple posts from RSS feed links. I thought it might be a copyright issue.
