“So helpful for my remote work setup

Pros

ExpanDrive lets me access files on our company server as if they were stored directly on my computer. Also this eliminates the need for cumbersome VPNs and makes file access quite simple.

Cons

One issue I have faced is with the file locking system. If another user tries to access the same file I am working on, it does not always give me a clear notification.

Pros

I needed a reliable tool to connect to AWS S3. ExpanDrive gathers all the necessary details like bucket, path, region and establishes the right connection, skipping unnecessary steps. Also a lot of other tools out there start with actions like List Bucket which often fail right from the start.

Cons

It is a useful tool but I think more convenience features could be added in the future.

“Works fine, but there's no support

Pros

One thing I really like is being able to access my S3 drive on my Mac.

Cons

I do not like how it buffers files and sometimes fails to update them. Also I cannot set file permissions which is a big downside. And the support is terrible as I have been trying to reach them for over a month through all available channels but no one responds. So I would not recommend buying this product until they fix whatever issues they have.

The only thing I liked was able to easily connect to my company's SharePoint.

Cons

In the end, I came to the conclusion that it was not reliable. As it did not always save my files and it took up 100% of my CPU. Plus customer support was non-responsive.

It offers a wide range of cloud services for integration. But that's about it as I have not found anything special about it.

Cons

Well it is full of bugs and every time I tried an integration, I ran into issues. What is worse is that the company ignores emails. Honestly I have never come across such terrible non-existent support. I'd recommend avoiding this.

Pros

ExpanDrive software allowed me to combine and search across various cloud storages. Also it is simple to connect to the cloud and acts as a mounted network drive giving access to all my files.

Cons

Sometimes file uploads take too long and synchronization causes issues. Plus I feel like more technical improvements are needed especially for offline data sharing. Also it would be better if this software supported multiple languages not just English.

Pros

There are a lot of good things about it but the one that stands out is that it makes it easy to connect to the cloud.

Cons

This app cannot do everything in multi cloud management. And to me, it is its major drawback.

The best part is how easily I can access all my files through a mounted network drive. Plus smart file syncing and the ability to save files for offline use are great features.

Cons

Synchronization often causes issues and file uploads can be really slow. And I am not sure why this happens.

ExpanDrive allowed me to consolidate and search from different cloud storages on one platform. Also it is a game changer for users who access multiple cloud storages. And I can edit files on one computer and the changes show up on another as soon as I open the file.

Cons

While it helped me access all my cloud data from one platform it still needs more technological improvements especially in terms of offline data sharing.

The thing that I found great about it is that it does a great job of storing data in the cloud for later use.

I have noticed that at times load times are slower than usual.

It is the best tool for cloud storage. It keeps our files safe with encrypted data support that ensures secure sharing. Also it is both safe and easy to use.

There are moments when the tool does not seem great. Though there are not many drawbacks but one issue I come across is the high cost. Like it might not be affordable for everyone.
