“costly upgrades limit value
Pros
Compared with the manual accounts payable process we used before this is definitely a better option although I still feel there may have been a stronger product out there for us.
Cons
Upgrading is expensive and difficult. The software really does not seem designed with a practical upgrade path in mind and at this point we have invested far too much money in it to switch.
