“IntelligenceBank gets the job done!
Pros
I really appreciate how easy the system is to use and the fantastic support we get from the team at IntelligenceBank. They treat us like partners rather than just customers, always helping us come up with solutions to our challenges. The interface is also very user-friendly.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything. Everything has been working as expected up to now.

“Not exactly what I expected from an "Intelligent" Bank
Pros
Their customer service was really good. While they weren't able to fully solve the issue, I know it wasn't their fault and they did their best to assist.
Cons
It's far too expensive for what you get, and they're constantly trying to charge you for additional services.

“It's great that you can check out anytime but leaving is another story

I really like features like document versioning and persistent links and I can easily download assets in the size and format I need.
Cons
The performance is poor. The UI is slow, and bulk downloads are limited to 150 files, which is very slow. Migrating away from IB is painful and costly. The company charges $2k to provide FTP access to files upon exit and won't grant S3 access.

“It is a good software in general
Pros
Overall, this product has been great for our company. The uptime has been flawless, and I've never encountered any downtime. Our account representative has also been great with customer service. The product delivers as promised, keeping our assets organized.
Cons
There have been a few operational issues and bugs with the software. For instance, the uploader sometimes gets stuck and erases all of your progress, though it has become more stable over time. The approvals section for new assets could be improved. One of the main issues is the confusion caused by the view for Assets vs Folders, as people have to switch between the two, which can be confusing. I also wish they offered all-inclusive pricing, with everyone having the same roles and only a few users given administrative responsibilities. With a company of 7,000+ employees, it's hard to justify paying for individual licenses.

“Doesn't quite live up to its promises
Pros
Their commenting features are easy to use once the flow is set up, but it does require several clicks to get there, and a bit of training is needed to get others up to speed. The filtering feature works, but it's fairly basic.
Cons
IntelligenceBank's overall UI is clunky. It's frustrating and slow to use, and I spend a lot of time teaching others how to navigate it, even though I've created instruction sheets and other resources.

“I think it needs an update
Pros
If you're looking for a simple platform with fewer features, this works well.
Cons
It definitely needs facial recognition software. Plus, the cost was extremely high for what we actually got. We were paying over $12k for very little. Our new software costs a quarter of that price and includes facial recognition and many more features.

Pros
The IntelligenceBank Digital Asset Manager is a fantastic tool on its own, but what really sets it apart is the knowledge and helpfulness of the product team, customer service, and account managers. I've worked with all three teams and have never encountered more competent and helpful problem-solvers. They customized the system for us, making it easy to understand and manage. The asset manager tool itself is also top-notch, and the great template editor/creation feature is the main reason we use it.
Cons
There are a few improvements I would suggest for the template feature plug-in, but overall, IntelligenceBank Digital Asset Management allows you to fully customize the system to meet your needs, more than I initially expected.

IntelligenceBank is, without a doubt, the leading multi-media document management system globally. The intuitive UX/UI makes it easy for me to focus on my tasks without fighting the system. The reliable back-end tech ensures the platform is robust enough to support any user group and is scalable. As a portal owner and direct client, I was most impressed by the personalized, almost concierge-level customer service. The team is genuinely invested in our success.
Cons
It's a shame that IntelligenceBank isn't a mandated platform across the industry.
