“It performs his job well, but customer support falls short

Pros

Delivers longer, more optimized articles with little to no grammar mistakes either.

Cons

Customer support is weak, they can't really help with anything. There's no option to upgrade, so if you need more, you have to buy a whole new package, which doesn't account for what you've already paid. It's pretty absurd. They are also not flexible and customer support takes forever to respond, sometimes days.

“A reliable tool for my work

Pros

I love how Katteb organizes both short and long form articles. It's super handy for gathering all the references the writer needs, which adds so much credibility and makes the content feel more thorough. Plus, the beta bulk writer is a gem especially with my OpenAI key integration. It's really a workhorse for my blog!

Cons

Not much but maybe the fact that you can't restructure the article's outline.

It really delivers high quality content with just a few clicks. The reference fetching ability is a big plus for me.

Cons

The price is relatively high as compared to similar apps but still it's okay if you know you're getting the best out of your content.

Pros

It helps me write great articles in just a few minutes. Before I would spend around 20 hours on a single article but with Katteb, it only takes 4 to 5 hours and the SEO is also better.

Cons

For example right now, I can't transform an Italian video into an Italian article. It only works with English videos.

It is a bit expensive. I can't afford to buy a paid plan. I only use the free one.

I use this mostly for more detailed article revisions. I pair it with other tools like Voila for outlining since they use fewer credits. I might need to upgrade my Katteb subscription soon, but that just shows how much I rely on it. Highly recommended.

Cons

It's frustrating that that I have never been logged out of any platform as often as I am with Katteb. Seems like I have to log in every time I open it.

The fact checked content is amazing. It ensures relevant, valuable content that genuinely serves the readers, instead of just padding the word count.

Cons

One time I got a nonsense output but I was still charged for the words, even though it showed a message saying it had issues with the output. It should automatically not bill for unusable content, I think. Haven't opened a ticket with support yet.

Pros

This tool helped my blog rank on Google for some really competitive keywords. It saved me money since I don't have to hire writers anymore. I really like it!

Cons

Just a suggestion: it would be nice to roll over unused credits to the next month.
