“frustrating renewal billing

Pros

When it works well, I find that this tool does a great job of breaking down long content into short, engaging clips. It's incredibly convenient and saves me a lot of time, especially when I need to repurpose content quickly without having to edit everything manually.

Cons

It's frustrating to get charged for a renewal when I still have nearly 2,000 credits left. I feel like I should be able to use what I've already paid for before deciding to renew. That kind of aggressive billing feels more like a cash grab and definitely affects my trust in the platform.
