“Simple and customer-friendly
Pros
Prepr is way too simple to use and they are always eager to listen to what their users need. Also they roll out new features really fast which I like the most about it.
Cons
The issues tend to be more on the backend side which isn't really my area of expertise.

“User-friendly design with an intuitive API
Pros
It stands out for its ease of use, clear documentation, smooth UI, API features and budget-friendly pricing. And if you are a developer seeking a solid headless CMS or a content manager in need of a user-friendly platform, Prepr is a great pick. So I would definitely recommend it to anyone after a modern, high-performance CMS solution.
Cons
I don't have any complaints at all. Everything has been working smoothly so far.

“Powerful CMS with lots of options
Pros
The software is highly flexible and easy for developers to work with. The support is fantastic too and the documentation is clear and detailed making everything easy to set up and use.
Cons
There is no Lite plan which I feel like could be useful for users who only need access to a few features.

“Ideal CMS for developers, loved by content editors
Pros
I recently used Prepr and I am really impressed with this headless CMS. The support team also stood out as they responded quickly with clear, actionable solutions whenever I had issues during setup. Unlike most tech support, they truly knew their product and didn't just provide generic answers. They even followed up to ensure everything was working smoothly which made a huge difference in my experience. One feature I particularly liked was their data export tool. Plus it includes a validation feature that checks for any issues before exporting helping me avoid potential data problems and saving a lot of time.
Cons
Personally I have come across a few things. I have worked with many CMS tools and I have noticed that many end-users prefer having a visual preview directly on the same page rather than an external preview. Also there is a lack of some text-based features like showing conditional fields which would be really beneficial. Despite these minor points my overall experience with it and their support team has been excellent.

“Clean CMS with top-notch customer and developer service
Pros
It is the people at Prepr that really make a difference. We have a pretty complex setup and whenever we need a new feature or have a problem, the team is always ready to help. They are quick to respond and very friendly while doing it. What's even better is that they seems genuinely interested in how customers use their CMS. For instance they joined one of our user testing days and really took the feedback to heart.
Cons
At the moment the CMS does not have as many features as some other CMS options like Directus or Strapi. This could be a limitation for larger, more technically complex projects. Additionally it sometimes feels like the core architecture of it is more focused on being a website publishing system rather than a "pure" headless CMS that can serve multiple platforms. For instance they have not separated data from the view in their structure.
