Cons
I purchased the personal pro and someone joined by group and I got billed $195 for an additional user that I didn't even invite.

“Love using Scribe!
Pros
Scribe is super easy to use. Our providers use it to wrap up notes more quickly and our MAs use it to handle prior authorizations for medications.
Cons
There are occasional glitches where we lose service or encounter a mis-scribe but these are quite rare.

“The best tool for creating SOPs and instructional documents
Pros
I absolutely love how much time Scribe saves me. Writing SOPs used to take hours but now I have software that captures everything I do as I go. It makes everything faster and ensures that I don't accidentally skip any steps when creating detailed guides.
Cons
I wish the ability to edit screenshots was available on the free subscription plan. I understand the option to upgrade but I feel that getting a clean screenshot should be accessible to everyone.

“Scribe makes writing how-tos fast and simple
Pros
It's a huge time saver, it quickly captures every step I take, saving me 10 to 20 minutes each time.
Cons
It automatically blurs anything that looks like a name even when it's not sensitive information. It also seems like it could use some AI to enhance the recording and setup process even further.

“A time-saver and easy to navigate
Pros
With Scribe, there is no hassle in creating guides. You just click the button to start and it records your screen. You go through the steps you want to capture and it records every click. Once you are done, it generates a step-by-step guide that you can easily edit. It saves me tons of time when showing others how to do something simple for me.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike. It does exactly what I need it to do.

Pros
Free version works great and the system is quick to set up. It's easy to use and doesn't take much effort at all.
Cons
To change highlights or record on a desktop, you need to upgrade. Otherwise I don't have any issues. This product was clearly designed by someone in a similar role and it works astonishingly well.

“Creating SOPs has never been easier
Pros
This is the easiest way to create SOPs and it makes me want to create them more because it doesn't feel like a waste of time. No more taking endless screenshots or creating documents with text steps, Scribe handles all of that for you.
Cons
In the free version, it sometimes duplicate, you can't adjust the screenshot. If you want to expand the view so everything is consistent, you can't do that easily.

Pros
The way Scribe records what I do is so simple and clear. I can create instructions that are basically foolproof even for people who are not tech savvy, in just a few minutes. What used to take me hours or even days to create detailed instructions now takes less than 10 minutes to record, annotate and send.
Cons
Absolutely nothing. I haven't found anything I don't like.
