I have never had an unresolved problem with it. everything has an answer! As long as you stay on the right track, it will 100% help you sort out any issues. they have got you covered for anything. Big thumbs up to it.

it is great and free for freelancers! It's a powerful CAT tool for translators. Invoices are done automatically and the support is super quick. I also love how simple the interface is and how stable everything runs.

I wish they could combine their three servers. I've been experiencing frequent login timeouts on mobile devices.

its a complete platform. It has basically everything a language professional might need: an integrated CAT tool, a marketplace, productivity resources and even a way to get paid by external clients. The CAT tool might not be as fancy as others but its still really good. I also love the productivity tools. The paid OCR feature on it is sometimes even better than Trados. Plus the customer support has always been there for me...had one issue, pointed it out and they fixed it immediately.

the payment system could use some improvement. they set a possible payment date after the project is completed and accepted but that date doesn't really matter. Clients pay whenever they feel like it. Some clients paid me way before the due date but I am still waiting on others (almost six months now because the client took so long to accept the project). Also it'd be great if language professionals could evaluate clients the same way clients can evaluate us. it has a lot of great clients who pay on time but there are also some who are cheap, unhelpful and slow to pay. It'd be nice to know that before deciding to work with them.

Pros

I use it to receive translation projects, work on them with all the necessary tools and deliver them without any issues. I also get paid easily on it. I highly recommend it!

the billing process is so easy, I didn't have to do anything! No invoices to send, its all automated! I don't have to worry about getting paid either, they take care of it all without deducting any "service fee." I just work hard, finish on time and it does the rest! Plus the customer support is fantastic...they answer quickly and in a friendly way.

It could definitely use some better tools for translation especially for more advanced features but it's still a solid option overall.

Its the best translation tool I have used and I haven't found anything bad about it so far.

Pros

Splitting documents into segments makes it so easy to handle projects. The customer support is really responsible too. Once the buyer makes the payment, I get paid within one or two days. I don't even need to follow up with the customer about payments...it handles it all for me. I just accept the projects, finish them and wait for the rest!

Cons

If there's a small change, you have to go through all the segments again. I think they could add a "Replace" function like in Microsoft Word so when I want to replace a word, I can just go to Replace and it'll change the word throughout the whole document.

Pros

an awesome free CAT tool that's super easy to use even if you are switching from another tool. The interface is simple, it's free (there's a paid version but the free one works fine for freelancers).

Cons

there are not really any downsides, except that the free version only gives you MT which needs confirmation after every line. But I guess that's actually a good thing because it forces you to check each line.
