“Live event engagement worked great”

Pros

We needed a way for people at our live event to share what they were posting and pictures with each other. Taggbox made that happen and kept everyone engaged the whole time.

Cons

Sometimes when we'd highlight certain posts to show more often the algorithm would just ignore us and keep showing whatever it wanted anyway. Kinda defeats the purpose.

“Incredibly easy non-coder installation”

Pros

Even someone like me who doesn't really know code can get the widgets installed without a problem. You literally just copy and paste and if you get confused the instructions walk you through it.

Cons

You don't get many widgets included in the pricing plans, which is a bummer. Though I'll give them credit, they've been good about offering enterprise solutions when we needed them.

Pros

It just works and I've definitely noticed it helping with getting people to convert right on the site.

Cons

The customer service situation isn't great. They double charged me and just kept on charging. I asked them to fix it multiple times and got nowhere. It's incredibly frustrating. The product is great until you actually have a problem.

Pros

Taggbox pulls content from all the different social networks and lets you build real UGC marketing campaigns. This is genuinely the most user friendly platform I've ever come across. I tell everyone to try it.

Cons

The only real issue is the price. It's expensive. Other than that nothing else to complain about.

Pros

Honestly the best UGC platform out there for keeping things authentic and actually getting results. I really like Taggbox and their website UI is just really nice to look at.

Cons

I don't see any downsides honestly. Every feature works the way it should.

“solid content play options with beautiful designs”

Pros

The content play options are really solid. Love that I can pull in social wall integrations without jumping through hoops. Also the designs actually look beautiful not like some clunky afterthought and hooking it all into my website was painless.

Cons

Nothing at all that I dislike about this software. It's all good.

“Secure payments and great themes”

Pros

Payments are secure which obviously matters. The themes look great and you can actually tweak them to fit your brand. Customer support doesn't wait around, they jump on stuff proactively and keeping things clean with moderation is simple enough that anyone can do it.

Cons

I really wish there was another way to pull Facebook posts onto the wall. Hashtags don't work for Facebook anymore so we're kind of stuck.

“great themes and impressive features”

Pros

The themes are gorgeous, the features are impressive and at the end of the day I felt like I got my money's worth which doesn't always happen.

Cons

I wish I'd known about this sooner. Would've saved me a bunch of money I wasted on other tools that didn't work as well.
