We needed a way for people at our live event to share what they were posting and pictures with each other. Taggbox made that happen and kept everyone engaged the whole time.

Sometimes when we'd highlight certain posts to show more often the algorithm would just ignore us and keep showing whatever it wanted anyway. Kinda defeats the purpose.

The customer service situation isn't great. They double charged me and just kept on charging. I asked them to fix it multiple times and got nowhere. It's incredibly frustrating. The product is great until you actually have a problem.
