It has so many useful features. Also it is really easy to set up, offers great support and I find it so easy to use.

Cons

One thing that bugs me is that you can't actually store files directly on its servers.

What really works for us is how simple it is to update and improve things whether it's the layout or page content. And the support from Tilda has been great too every time we have reached out. Plus they get back fast and actually fix things right away.

Built my website with Tilda and I am genuinely loving it. It's pretty beginner friendly and that zero block tool is a game-changer as it lets you customize stuff exactly how you picture it. And their support team is always quick and helpful. I totally recommend giving it a shot.

I cannot really think of anything I dislike. Honestly I feel like they deserve a solid 10 out of 10.

Pros

Tilda is pretty simple to work with and packed with powerful features. I have tested other site builders but none compare to how smooth and functional this one is. Plus their SEO tools are top-tier as we keep getting leads thanks to that. Also it's affordable especially with the yearly plan that includes hosting. The service and support both deserve a 10/10. Moreover their team replies fast and gets things done.

Nothing really stands out as a problem so I have got no complaints at all.

“Every little thing is done right

What stands out is how much thought went into the small design touches across the platform. Plus I really like the Zero block with animations as it is awesome. Love how content and styling are kept separate too. But the best part is that you can fine tune how your site looks on different devices. And the support team's always quick to answer any questions I have.

Cons

It does not seem to be built specifically for blogging as a focus like WordPress but for what I need, it does the job just fine.

Tilda gives us a smart and budget friendly way to build and run a website.

Using it is not always as easy as I wanted it to be and while the support team replies fast, their answers can sometimes feel a bit too robotic.

Every now and then I get stuck and don't know how to do something so I either end up digging through the FAQ or reaching out to their support team.

Been with Tilda for years now and after bouncing around with other site builders, I can say it is hands-down the best one I have used. The interface is beautiful, everything's easy to use and you have got loads of creative flexibility. Plus their support team is top-notch too as they are always helpful and super nice, even when I had issues outside of their platform like GDPR stuff for a client site. They really went above and beyond. I am sticking with Tilda for my own and my clients sites for sure. So huge thanks to their awesome team.

Cons

Well I would love it more if they opened an office in the EU and please don't ever shut down the platform.

“Support was useless when I needed SSL help

Pros

One thing I really like is that it helps us create the best and most appealing landing pages.

Cons

We have been stuck waiting for three weeks because of an SSL issue that still is not fixed. Well it is frustrating since their customer support has not been much help and we can't move forward with our product launch.

“Customization is so easy

Pros

You can easily build pages using pre made blocks and if you like to code, the zero block lets you go wild with customization. Plus I find it way simpler to manage than WordPress.

Cons

A few basic things like editing blocks are not as clear as they should be. Also I had trouble changing card prices and the tutorial didn't help much in this regard. So I think it'd be great if the guides were more detailed.
