“An excellent content management system!
Pros
I find the platform to be excellent and very easy for both company admins and users. The product is highly reliable, offering a wide range of features that can be tailored to meet both current and future needs. Tizra has really automated our e-commerce process, reducing customer friction and significantly lowering related support requests.
Cons
I can't think of anything negative. My experience with Tizra has been great so far.

“It fulfilled all our requirements
Pros
Tizra truly meets all of our needs, from integration with our AMS, Single sign-on, full-text search capabilities and internet search to filtering, easy administration, ecommerce, multiple content formats, and quick implementation. The ability to tag products in any way we need, responsive support, and a higher-touch level suited for small teams are all standout features. We've had previous experiences where other platforms didn't meet our expectations but Tizra delivered exactly what was promised and even opened up new opportunities for the future.
Cons
I really wish we had found Tizra sooner! We explored several other solutions, but each one lacked key components or functionalities that were critical to our operations. In the end, a competitor recommended Tizra, and it turned out to be the right choice.

“A perfect solution for a content resource library
Pros
We began using Tizra in 2022 to set up a resource library. The Tizra team, particularly our rep, was thorough, patient, and always professional in guiding our diverse project team. They helped us launch our first "Knowledge Center" with dozens of content entries. In a subsequent refresh process, Tizra continued to assist in the same manner, this time working with a new rep to guide a new team in reworking the user interface. It's been a pleasure working with Tizra and their online tutorials have been well executed and very helpful.
Cons
We had no issues at all working with Tizra. They were punctual, helpful, communicative and always ready to assist.

“Great tool overall
Pros
Our goal was to simplify the creation of an online resource library for our members, focusing on important information related to our semi-annual trade shows. We needed a solution that could house documents in a clean, easy to organize manner. The ability to tag documents and categorize them separately was a huge benefit. We were also able to use a bulk upload service that allowed us to upload over 700 documents overnight.
Cons
The user interface on the backend did take some getting used to. So far we've only used it for one major project so there's still a lot to learn, particularly regarding loading new content and assigning it to specific areas of the site. Once everything is set up, the front-end site functions smoothly.

“A customizable platform with a fantastic user experience
Pros
It allowed us to customize the platform to display our content in a way that met our unique content structure and end-user needs. After using Tizra for nearly six months, our users can find the content they need thanks to how we organized and customized the content. The team has been incredibly helpful, making tweaks and edits as needed and answering our many questions with patience.
Cons
While the end-user experience is excellent, the admin portal isn't as user-friendly, so it took a bit longer to get onboarded. Additionally, if we want to make future changes, like adding material permissions or restrictions, we would need to consult Tizra for support in learning how to do this. That being said, it has been AMAZING in helping us with onboarding, even though it took a bit longer than we anticipated.

Pros
Customizability: When the team didn't know how to do something, they either invented a solution or are actively looking into it. Sustainability: We trust Tizra will grow with us as we continue to improve our digital content. Professionalism: The team has been friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
Cons
I would like to see more options for e-commerce but I don't have any major complaints. We did have a few minor bugs at launch, mostly related to Paypal cart integration but they were easily resolved.

“Transitioning from books to a digital database was smooth with tizra
Pros
We chose it as our database platform provider as part of our transition from traditional law books and PDFs to state-of-the-art eBook publishing. After setting up our first title on its platform, we were extremely pleased with the final product. The search function, hyperlinks, interface, and integration of Word forms all work flawlessly. The Tizra staff was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the entire process, which could have been daunting for us as we had no experience with this type of delivery system. They answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, and we greatly appreciated their suggestions to improve our content delivery. We highly recommend it without hesitation.
Cons
We really have no complaints at all in our dealings with it.

“It is very user friendly
Pros
I particularly like the customization options available for categories, tags and other elements for each product. The backend is very userfriendly but what stands out most about Tizra is the customer service. Being able to speak directly with someone when needed has been a huge advantage.
Cons
It would be great to have more interactive elements and options for the products. For instance, having the option to use both EPUBs and PDFs would be great. It would also be useful to have the ability to highlight and annotate texts, have a bookmarking option, and allow users with full subscription access to create a "Bookshelf" or have a "Recently Visited" tab on their profile page.

“I had a fantastic bookstore experience
Pros
SMACNA integrated Tizra's ecommerce module as our online bookstore in Spring 2021. We were under a tight deadline to find a solution that would integrate with our AMS and be customizable to offer tiered pricing for members, nonmembers and discount customers. We were extremely impressed by how quickly we were able to get the bookstore up and running.
Cons
As with any integration, there were a few hiccups. However, the customer service was fantastic, and we were able to move forward fairly quickly.

“Tizra makes everything easier for us
Pros
It is exactly what we need for our eBook publishing. It's incredibly stable and reliable, delivering consistent service day in and day out. As a small publisher, we don't have the resources to manage customer issues if they arise, so knowing that our eBook site is up and running 24/7 gives us peace of mind. The ease with which we can create and publish new eBooks is remarkable, and we can have a new publication available in just a few minutes. Working with Tizra's staff has been a pleasure, they've taken the time to understand our business and provided helpful suggestions to help us grow. Overall we're very happy with our decision to use it for hosting our eBooks.
Cons
We really don't have any complaints. While the backend of it can be a bit tricky to learn at first, with their support we've become quite adept at using its many useful features.

Pros
It makes it incredibly easy to send out review copies of materials to clients. The platform also allows us to sell online materials to those who prefer digital versions instead of hard copies.
Cons

“A sleek and powerful platform for managing digital assets
Pros
The interface is super clean right out of the box, with extremely powerful search and indexing capabilities. The team worked closely with us to set up a digital archive for our association's journal, dating back to the 1940s. We also use the platform for archiving webinars and scientific presentations from our annual meetings.
Cons
Tizra allows customers to see more "under the hood" compared to many other software platforms. At first this might seem daunting and some aspects of the admin interface look a bit "techy." But I found that you get used to it quickly and it actually gives you more control over your implementation than many other vendors allow.
