Wordable would be great if they didn't keep charging you

Pros

It's really easy to use and helps speed up the workflow from Google Docs to blogs, making SEO management smoother.

Cons

Even though I canceled my subscription, they kept charging me. I contacted them, and they claimed I had already canceled. This happened three times, and they continued charging me for over a year.

It saves a ton of time with documents

Pros

If you need to transfer and edit a lot of documents, this software is fantastic. It saves you a lot of time, especially if you don't want to manually transfer documents one by one. It's perfect for copying things over, but for other tasks, you might need to explore different software.

Cons

The main issue with this software is that it can slow down when copying and transferring documents. It works quickly for those tasks, but it tends to lag when used for other purposes.

Very easy to use software

Pros

A client recommended Wordable to me, and I wasn't sure about trying it. But it's SO easy to use!

Cons

I haven't been using it long enough to identify any negatives. Everything seems fine so far.

It meets my needs

Pros

Wordable is great for speeding up the transfer process into WordPress, which is widely used by content creators and bloggers. Its simple and easy to learn interface makes my daily work much easier. The integration with Google Docs and WordPress is a big plus.

Cons

It doesn't support uploading large images, but overall, it does the majority of what I need.

How Wordable turned a great product into a bad one

Pros

It used to be a fantastic tool for converting and saved us a lot of time overall.

Cons

The user experience has been poor. The most recent update made it much more cumbersome, adding 10 extra clicks just to import a simple document. They raised the price from $19 to $50 and canceled my previous subscription. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone. It didn't function properly most of the time, and support was difficult to reach.

It is buggy and confusingavoid it like the plague

Pros

This product is supposed to transfer articles from Google Docs to WordPress, but it has become nearly impossible to do without running into multiple issues. Honestly I don't like anything about this software anymore.

Cons

It's very buggy, difficult to navigate, and overpriced for what it actually offers.

Excellent for managing multiple sites and uploads

Pros

We were looking for a solution to upload around 50 articles a month into WordPress, across multiple sites. We were trying to avoid the hassle of copying and pasting, while keeping the formatting from Google Docs intact. It works really well for that. Once the work is done, the copy editor drops the finished copy into the right Google drive folder and then the publisher exports it to WordPress and publishes the article.

Cons

We had issues trying to link the master account to a non-Gmail account for billing purposes, but it wasn't possible. We had to link it to a Gmail account instead. The initial setup was quite frustrating, and I found myself feeling "here we go again" every time I had to set up a new team member. However, the most recent setup was smooth, so it seems this issue may have been resolved.

Delivers exactly what it promises

Pros

I like that it does exactly what it promises, what you see in Google Docs is exactly what you get in WordPress.

Cons

I think the web app interface could be more user-friendly. It takes some time to get comfortable with it.
