The interface is easy and pleasant to use and I find the LinkedIn integration functions easily.

Cons

Search feature isn't very reliable, I often must type the full, exact name to find someone, etc.

Overall there's very little wrong with it. I think it offers great features and their customer service gets back to me very quickly.

The tool is noticeably quicker than similar ones and I find messaging other users directly very handy.

I think the visualization isn't as feasible as what you'll find elsewhere but in my experience it's still pretty easy to use overall.

Several filtering choices inside the platform stand out to me and I find they really help with lead generation and finding specific contacts quickly.

It would be really helpful for me if the tool could show whether a profile has a photo or not since that detail would save me time.

Pros

The LinkedIn integration works flawlessly. I can add multiple connections at once instead of doing them individually or dealing with CSV uploads like before. What really stands out is the comprehensive sourcing capabilities that work great whether your a recruiter or running another type of business.

Cons

It doesn't store resumes directly, which means I have to manually save everything to a drive or cloud storage, way too much extra work. There's also no tracking history for candidate submissions, so I can't see what happened after I submit someone. These issues were dealbreakers for me and made me switch to a different platform.

I find it very easy to search for and find candidates on LinkedIn using this tool.

Cons

The ranking system can be very unreliable at times and doesn't always give you the results your looking for.
