Reliable WordPress calling integration

Pros

This software has been reliable for online communication and it's easy to use. It also integrates well with websites that are developed and managed through WordPress.

Cons

Support team is friendly and provides the level of service I expect.

Clean interface but poor guidance

Pros

Back when it was handled better, this software worked well for more than 20 of my customers and I had been using it since 2015. The standout part was always the clean interface.

Cons

Biggest problem is that they are dropping the multi-tenant version just to squeeze out more revenue. Since then, every change has meant higher costs for customers while also creating a lot more work for us as MSPs.

Auto-Launch Setup and Call Issues

Pros

Being able to direct calls from one central switchboard to individual desktop users makes this software really useful for our remote office setup.

Cons

App works as a Chrome-based desktop app and I've already configured it to launch automatically and sign in on its own. Even with that in place, the system still has problems. I've missed calls at times, voicemail gets sent to email instead of staying in the app and it also doesn't show which number is calling.

Clear calls at a good value

Pros

Call quality has been consistently very good and the software is simple enough for any basic user to pick up quickly. It's also reasonably priced so it doesn't feel expensive for what it offers.

Cons

I honestly don't have any real complaints about the software, it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

recording features stand out

Pros

Setting up BLF options and quick dials is easy through their website which makes phone customization really convenient. The mobile app is user-friendly as well and the admin console makes it simple to find and access our recorded calls whenever we need them.

Cons

Because it runs over the internet, our phone service goes down whenever the internet is unavailable.

Calling plus team chat

Pros

Using computer software for regular phone calls works really well and the chat feature with colleagues is also very useful.

Cons

App does not recognize when a mobile call is already happening on the phone so it still rings during the conversation which is annoying for me. At times, calls also cannot be answered properly and then disappear right after being accepted.

Advanced call flows with API options

Pros

The platform gives you the option to use APIs to customize certain call flows, record calls and conference sessions and rely on the call flow software to build routing paths the way you need them.

Cons

It would be useful to have the ability to change the background during video conferences and to access more features through the APIs.

flexible mobile calling setup

Pros

The call quality has been excellent and the configuration options are really flexible. The mobile app is well made too which makes using it while on the go very convenient.

Cons

In my opinion the only limitation is that you can't change the background during video conferences.

clear call quality

Pros

Using the chat is easy and instant and the call quality is clear. There are very few technical problems, aside from the occasional outage that lasts an hour or so.

Cons

The visual upgrade actually felt more like a step backward. Things like the previous department groups were removed and when starting a chat with a new contact, you have to go back to the main menu, choose the contact and then begin the conversation.

Convenient team calling

Pros

the ability to have all team members listed in one place makes it really convenient to reach anyone quickly by phone.

Cons

One downside is that the app needs to stay open in order to receive calls.

Outstanding support resources

Pros

One of the best parts is the vendor support. Their knowledge base is excellent and the support team really goes above and beyond whenever help is needed.

Cons

We stopped wasting money on landlines and chose it instead as our web-based telephone PBX.

easy setup

Pros

It is very easy to use and that makes a huge difference when trying to reach customers while working from home. You can arrange your calling lists however you prefer even though ours are usually already sorted by management. The calling features also help cut down quite a bit on the costs tied to international calls.

Cons

One downside is that the call logs are not very simple to move through so tracking down specific details from past call history can be frustrating.

Reliable messaging with secure tunnels

Pros

The messaging and tunnel features work really well for people both inside and outside the network.

Cons

At times it runs a bit slowly and the fact that it's closed-source is pretty frustrating for us.

Calling across multiple devices

Pros

Whether I'm on my phone or at my computer, it works well on both. I can quickly check who's online in the office, use it for calls and chat and place calls from the assigned number instead of my personal phone number.

Cons

A few things could be better, it switches from available to away automatically, there's no option to fully turn it off or log out, I have to dial 1 before making outbound calls and voicemail isn't included.

offers office calling from iPhone

Pros

It's been working really well for me, I can take calls from my office line straight on my iPhone and I get voicemails there too.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say about it. Keep it up.

Versatile SIP profile support

Pros

Using this with multiple SIP platforms has been a big plus and the ability to add several profiles is especially helpful when switching between different work environments. I personally use it with a Grandstream UCM 6202 IP PBX and that setup has worked really well for me.

Cons

I'm not a fan of its interface since it can appear quite small and the buttons are sometimes hard to read.

Flexible routing

Pros

Having multiple options for call routing and management has been really useful and the fax-to-email and voicemail-to-email features are a big plus as well.

Cons

A lot of the features seem geared more toward advanced users and some of them can feel a bit limited rather than offering full functionality.

Flexible PBX

Pros

Getting this PBX up and running was easy, whether it was deployed in the cloud or on-premise. The option to support up to 25 extensions makes it a really great fit for small to medium-sized businesses. Connecting it with Zoho CRM was also simple enough although that does require a paid plan. If you need a stable, dependable and user-friendly PBX without compromises, this is a strong choice.

Cons

Performance can feel a bit sluggish on older servers and at the time of writing (Sept 2019), it still wasn't compatible with Debian Buster.
