“Reliable VoIP at a fair price”
Pros
It's been a very great solution especially considering the pricing. Having the option to run it in the cloud is also a big plus since it helps avoid the usual on-premise headaches.
Cons
At this point, the dashboard feels a little outdated and could really use a redesign. It would also be nice to see AI features added especially for call management since some competitors already offer that.

“Connected calling on the go”
Pros
Now for me being away from the office no longer means missing work calls. I really appreciate how this app keeps me connected consistently and it's been tremendously helpful for staying available every time.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that the call quality in the app isn't always up to the mark and the calls sometimes drop.

“faced a lot of call issues”
Pros
One feature I really appreciate is the panel that lets you set your own status to things like "available" or "do not disturb," while also showing where other users are at.
Cons
Lately we've been running into problems transferring calls and some of them end up dropping. I also think the call log details could be presented in a much clearer way.

“Call anywhere without interruptions”
Pros
Being able to use both the PC softphone app and the mobile app has been fantastic. I can switch between answering calls on my computer or my cell phone without any hassle and it works really well.
Cons
Apps on both desktop and mobile could definitely use an interface refresh. They feel a little dull right now and some features, like figuring out how to transfer a call, are harder to find unless you spend time reading up on them.

“Secure setup made easier”
Pros
It feels user-friendly to start and the step-by-step guidance is there when you need it. Being able to forward calls to another office without hassle is a big plus. I also appreciate that all of the user manuals are available right on the website. The two-factor authentication for the online platform is important too, having that extra layer of security is always a good thing.
Cons
The online platform could really use more user setting options. It would also help to have more detailed guidance right from the start since the initial setup instructions are fairly vague and can end up being frustrating.

“Quick setup with polished tools”
Pros
Getting started with it takes very little effort. The softphone, web interface and admin application are all thoughtfully designed and easy to work with.
Cons
Compared with other platforms, connecting physical phones is less convenient. You either need one of their phones to function as an SBC or you have to configure an SBC on a small Linux VM which is something many other systems don't require.

“Great value for VoIP testing”
Pros
The best part is the price, it's free , The product is reliable and we use it to test a VoIP PBX system. It comes with several very useful tools and features that make it work really well for our needs.
Cons
Mobile app could use some improvement because the interface feels outdated and not very polished but the actual functionality is very great so we still like using it.

Pros
Works really well for a small company since there's a free version and it connects with a lot of different tools and services.

“Centralized phone system management”
Pros
This tool brings all of our phone systems together into one convenient phone which has been really helpful. I can also keep track of messages from multiple phones through the emailed transcripts and the whole thing is incredibly simple to use.
Cons
Every now and then, one of my phones doesn't give me an audible alert for an incoming call even though I still receive the voicemail messages people leave. It may just be a setting I need to check though.

“Flexible VoIP communications”
Pros
Packed with features, this tool works well for small, mid-sized and enterprise businesses alike. It supports a wide range of IP phones such as Cisco, Yealink, Fanvil and others, along with mobile and web apps. The large number of available service providers also gives businesses plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it's a powerful and flexible solution.
Cons
One downside is that the licensing model has been changing over the past few years, moving away from perpetual licenses and shifting toward annual subscriptions.

“Affordable, flexible, reliable service”
Pros
Its affordability, flexibility and user-friendly design are big pluses for us. Having voice and chat combined in one platform especially with everything integrated in a single place, makes it feel more dependable and convenient to use.
Cons
I've personally noticed that the initial installation and setup can be pretty complicated for someone without a technical background. It often means working through a lot of documentation and going through multiple support sessions so the setup process could definitely be made more easy.

“Scalable calling”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is that we can add more users and increase the number of concurrent calls without being charged on a per-user basis. The mobile apps were noticeably better than what competing products offered. We also appreciated having the choice to deploy it on-premises, in the cloud or have it hosted for us since that flexibility worked well for our IT team.
Cons
The setup does require a bit of time especially when it comes to moving over the call trunking and getting everything working properly.
