The product is very simple to use and its reminders constantly save the day for me.

The only downside was at the beginning, when I couldn't really figure out how to use it but after trying 2 or 3 times I got the hang of it really well.

Pros

Using it has made appointment scheduling really simple and fast. It keeps my clients and bookings well organized and my clients also find it very simple to use. I really appreciate that they can reschedule or update their own appointments without needing me to handle everything. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my calendar stays organized and there's a lot more to like beyond that.

Cons

Whenever I've run into any issues, their outstanding customer service has always been there to help and resolve things.
