“Secure screen sharing”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how quickly and securely the support connection is set up for screen sharing. Once the tool is downloaded on the other person's phone, a 9-digit code is generated by the support side and that code has to be shared before anyone can access the device. That extra step makes screen sharing feel much more secure.
Cons
Only part that got a bit annoying was the number of notifications popping up during screen sharing. Aside from that, everything else worked perfectly.
