“Live visual support”
Pros
Live visual support during meetings makes it much easier to understand customer issues clearly and address them faster.
Cons
The UI could be better but aside from that, everything else works well.

“Reliable support around the clock”
Pros
Nothing else really compares to it. It keeps going beyond what I expect with instant support and 24/7 monitoring.
Cons
A possible drawback is the remote connection feature especially since it's promoted as a way to provide fast help and eliminate the need for in-person visits.

“Exceeds my expectations”
Pros
It keeps impressing me and consistently performs better than I expect. The continuous monitoring, 24/7 support and fast response times make the network feel consistently reliable and dependable.
Cons
It pretty much removes the need for on-site service which can be a downside at times. Because of that, smaller issues that really need someone physically present to spot and fix might end up being overlooked.

“Quick support”
Pros
It consistently lives up to what I expect. Support is quick and the network monitoring helps keep our internal systems reliable. The web app's user interface is also excellent.
Cons
Since it eliminates the need for on-site services, it can take longer to spot issues that really require someone to be physically present for a proper fix.

“Instant access to virtual sessions”
Pros
Getting into a virtual session instantly without having to install any extra app is easily one of the best things about it. On top of that, the software is quick and the quality does not suffer at all. It is especially helpful when dealing with customers who are not very comfortable using a computer.
Cons
some important features on the website are placed too far down the page so users have to scroll to find them. That makes it's full potential less visible than it should be. The website interface looks good overall but the area around the 'contact us' button feels a bit confusing. It would also help to give the customer testimonials section more prominence since that could build more trust in it.

“Real-time visual interaction”
Pros
Real-time visual interaction is where it really shines. It's simple to use, doesn't require any software installation and runs right in the browser which means it works on just about any internet-enabled device. It makes customer support much simpler especially for troubleshooting and technical assistance. The platform is efficient and the low latency helps conversations and guidance happen without delay.
Cons
Every now and then, there are connectivity errors but that seems more likely tied to ISP or mobile data provider interruptions or timeout issues than the platform itself.

“Secure video support”
Pros
Using it to connect with customers over secure audio and video calls works really well for providing support. It also helps build a stronger connection with them during conversations.
Cons
At times, the video quality can drop when there are internet connection problems.

“Remote support in one click”
Pros
The best part is being able to explain things to clients remotely with just one click, even without being physically present. It helps provide assistance much faster and AIRe's customer support has also been very good.
Cons
A stable internet connection is needed while sharing, otherwise, I really haven't had any issues or dislikes with it.

“Low latency and fewer frame drops”
Pros
Compared with other remote monitoring tools, this one has much lower latency and fewer frame drops. The interface also feels a bit cleaner and more polished than many other remote monitoring apps which is definitely a plus.
Cons
Connecting to the client server can take a while and it occasionally throws connection errors. The feature set for remotely accessing the client system also still needs some improvement.

“Simple tool for troubleshooting”
Pros
It has been a very user-friendly tool for troubleshooting and the single-click access makes things especially convenient since there's no need to install anything on the client side. The visual remote support works so well that it genuinely feels like being there in person which helps us resolve technical issues without having to be physically onsite.
Cons
It is a cloud-based remote visual support application that consistently lives up to what I expect from it. Honestly, it's hard to point out any real flaws or disadvantages.

“Clients love it!”
Pros
One thing that really stands out about it is how well it builds wireless networks around each client's specific needs. Most of our customers are also very pleased because the interface is user-friendly and its simplicity lets them take part in solving technical issues too.
Cons
At this point, it works well as it is. I don't have any complaints about it.

“Outstanding customer service”
Pros
It does a really good job of explaining these solutions in detail and the case studies along with client feedback show clearly how they work and the value they bring in real-world situations. On top of that, the customer support is excellent.
Cons
It does depend a lot on having a strong internet connection so it is only really effective when the internet speed is good. Also, there are times when the customer's screen goes black during screen sharing.
