Quick support and simple setup

Pros

Flexible chatbot updates

Pros

One of the biggest advantages for us has been how easy the tool is to work with. We can update chatbot responses immediately and it really comes in handy since our product changes often. Whenever something needed extra development or attention, their support team was excellent and handled our requests with impressive speed. I've also been really pleased with their roadmap and the way they actively consider our feedback. They've done a fantastic job helping us train the chatbot and have been very open to supporting the other tools we use within our chat platform.

Cons

There's honestly very little to complain about because the overall experience has been extremely positive. If I had to point to one improvement, it would be adding a more visual flow diagram inside the Alpha Blues platform so we could better see how the chatbot handles follow-up responses. Also, it's hard to faultt them since the Alpha Blues team has done an excellent job overall.

Clean bot view overall

Pros

The bot view across the page has a really nice overall look and makes the interface pleasant to work with :)

Cons

It would be helpful to have an option to hide intents. Those hidden intents should still appear in the tree view, just clearly marked so they can be easily distinguished from the ones that are currently live. A scheduling feature for setting when an intent should go live would also be very useful specifically if you deal with campaigns that only run during a specific time period. Having more emoji options would be a nice addition too.
