Powerful tool

Pros

I found this incredibly easy and quick to implement and integrate with our existing platforms. The API and Zapier integrations worked perfectly for us and our users were able to get up and running with little to no training, both on the front end and the back end. It truly offers great value for money. In my opinion, it competes with some of the biggest and best solutions out there yet it comes at a very competitive price point. We explored several options but this one stood out as powerful and reasonably priced even with the Q&A add-ons.

Cons

I feel the Admin User Interface is a bit dated but I understand a new UI is currently in development, aligning with how most modern platforms are evolving. I also noticed some inconsistencies across different content types. However one of these issues was addressed very quickly and a fully functional feature was implemented in no time. It's more of a nice-to-have but having an onboarding checklist to help get the platform up and running would be really helpful.

Feature-Rich and Highly Reliable

Pros

I really appreciated the ability to white-label the platform. It allowed us to align the product smoothly with our brand and that was a huge advantage.

Cons

I found the initial setup to be somewhat complicated. but once everything was configured, the system ran like a charm and performed reliably.

Great Platform

Pros

The live support via email and phone was exceptional. Whenever I reached out, the team was responsive and helpful. They were also very open to feedback and receptive to suggestions for enhancements and new features that made the experience even better.

Cons

I've noticed that the online resources aren't always sufficient for fully understanding how everything works. That said whenever I needed clarification I was always able to get the information I needed through other channels.
