Self-Service Convenience

Pros

I primarily use this platform to issue Certificates of Insurance and it handles the job efficiently. Some of our clients also use it as a self-service tool to access Auto ID cards and request policy changes. this makes their experience more convenient and reduces our workload.

Cons

In my opinion, there are a few other programs out there that feel slightly more user-friendly.

Easy to Use and Highly Functional

Pros

We use this software in my firm and I was completely new to it when I started. I found it incredibly easy to learn andd honestly, almost foolproof. It offers a wide range of useful functions and I would highly recommend it to others.

Cons

I do wish the interface looked a bit more modern as the design feels slightly outdated.

Reliable Client Self-Service Solution

Pros

I love that clients can issue and print their own Certificates of Insurance even when our office is closed. It's an excellent way to deliver policy documents quickly and conveniently. This feature saves time for both our team and our clients while improving overall service.

Cons

I can't think of many negatives about this system. If I had to mention one, I'd say that resetting client passwords involves a few extra steps.
