“Saves me from repetitive work”
Pros
Sorting through hundreds of Zendesk ticket conversations and making sure useful details made it into the knowledge base used to take up a ton of time. It handles that whole process automatically now and it's saved me from a lot of repetitive, tedious work.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind at the moment and their team has been extremely helpful.
