“Clear data visualization”
Pros
The way the data is visualized makes it very useful when reviewing information. With just a few clicks and a quick overview, it's possible to get a clear sense of the context and what's going on.
Cons
A few of the update processes still feel somewhat manual.Itwould be better to have more options for automatic repetition or status updates based on patterns before having to change the entire template.

“Interface brings the most value”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and the interface is really where it stands out most. Compared with other platforms in this space, its UI brings the most value and makes the overall experience much better.
Cons
Itis a great platform overall but there are still a few features that would makeiteven better.Like itwould be helpful to make ad hoc meetings for multiple people easier to set up and to add automatic schedule change approvals when requests fall within certain thresholds.

“Well organized and beginner friendly”
Pros
Assembled is very well organized and fairly beginner friendly in most areas which makes it much easier to get comfortable with. I also really appreciate the clear tracking tools since they make it simple to see what an agent is doing and whether they are being productive.
Cons
One thing that could really be improved is the lack of a bulk filter for people because there should be a better way to filter specific users when making schedule block changes, like for training. I also have concerns about the schedule request approval process.Itwould help to see when a request was originally submitted so we can track how many hours have passed. On top of that the notes added to blocks disappear and do not show up in the schedule history. Those notes should remain available so communication and collaboration with teammates can be more effective.

“Multiple time zone view templates”
Pros
It has a lot going for it especially the multiple time zone view, the templates and how quickly you can move someone to another team. Since I am the one building schedules for my team, those features have made the whole process much more manageable than with the other WFM tools we used before.
Cons
Every now and then I have run into glitches with the dates on time-off requests.Itwould also help if canceling a time-off request automatically brought back the original activity or prior tasks. The time-off request overview is already very useful but being able to see pending and approved requests together would makeiteven better.

“Easy real time staffing changes”
Pros
Using Assembled has been pretty easy especially the staffing and scheduling side when real-time changes need to be made. It shows a timestamp along with who made the last update and being able to look back at the edit history is very useful. The template feature also saves a lot of time when putting together a team schedule for a specific date range.
Cons
One issue is that pulling data such as actual volume and adherence can be delayed at times and occasionallyitdoes not sync properly with the other tools we use. Another limitation is with templates like if you enter something manually, those inputs cannot be overridden when the template is run.

“Fastest implementation!”
Pros
Setting it up was one of the fastest and easiest implementations I have ever done. Other tools usually take months or even a year but we were fully running in just two weeks. The support team has been outstanding the whole time as they are always available, quick to answer questions and open to feedback that improves the product. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Also it is very easy to use for both admins and regular users and the page layouts feel logical and well designed. The biggest benefit for us has been trusting the data it provides whether it's contacts, forecasting, performance, schedule adherence or anything else. In a WFM tool, reliable data is everything. Once we stopped questioning the numbers, we could focus on analyzing trends and taking action.
Cons
Whereitgives us the most trouble is scheduling and audit trail visibility. Scheduling still involves a lot of manual effort because some basic capabilities, like shift swaps, aren't built in. There also aren't many bulk editing options for adding or updating multiple events at once so a lot of changes have to be handled manually, agent by agent and day by day. To be fair, the copy-and-paste functionality works well and the keyboard shortcuts do help make up for some of the extra time spent on manual updates. We also run into a gap with audit trails around time-off requests from the admin or manager side. We can tell when time off has been approved for an agent and the agent gets notified about who processedit but insideitwe still cannot see which specific user approved or denied the request. On top of that role-based access isn't granular enough soit's hard to restrict certain areas ofit which means too many people can make schedule changes.

“feedback matters easily here”
Pros
It connected with Zendesk pretty easily especially compared with other platforms I have worked with. The part I appreciate most is how seriously they take customer feedback and how quickly they turn requests into action. I'd gladly recommend them to others in fact, I already have and one of those referrals ended up signing a contract. Both founders are very tech-savvy, approachable and clearly know their platform inside and out.
Cons
One area that could be better is communication. If a feature isn't available, I'd rather they say that upfront so we can have a clear conversation aboutit.

Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the different ways to access reports. It's also useful that I can look at each individual schedule whenever I need to.
Cons

Pros
Assembled is very easy to use because the features feel natural and simple to navigate. It gives clear visibility into attendance, makes it quick to adjust schedules based on business needs and the analytics are accurate and reliable.

“User friendly templates”
Pros
Using Assembled has been a really positive experience. The platform is very user friendly and the Templates feature makes building schedules really simple. The real-time view is especially useful because it gives clear visibility into adherence and performance which makes monitoring much more practical. The reporting is also quite top class and detailed. I have also appreciated that it runs workshops on the platform's features since they've been very helpful for learning more and hearing different perspectives from other users. We've been using it for our CX team for the past two years and during that time I have seen a lot of growth from their side along with a genuine commitment to improving the product based on customer feedback.
Cons
Only minor downside for me is the time off feature, mainly becauseitisn't connected to our HR platform. That adds an extra step for the team, thoughit's more of a workflow preference than a major issue.

“Up and running easily”
Pros
It was up and running way too easily even without a dedicated workforce management team. It gives our supervisors much better control over scheduling and our managers can forecast staffing needs with much more confidence.
Cons
The one thing we're still waiting on is an integration with our HR platform. We've been toldit's on the roadmap but there still isn't a clear timeline for when that connection will be available.

Pros
Being able to connect it with Google Calendar makes it very convenient to use across the whole company.

Pros
Monitoring agent commitment is easy with the Realtime tab and I can quickly adjust schedules through Staffing. The Agent Activity tab also makes it simple to see what each agent has been doing all day.
Cons
Itwould be even better ifitcould remember our last appearance setting, such as Dark mode so we wouldn't need to switchitevery time we open the app.
