built in optimizations are helpful

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how flexible and dynamic the platform feels especially with the built-in optimizations. Their approach to workforce management and data views is also refreshingly different and it works well alongside more traditional workforce visuals and analytics instead of replacing them outright. There's also a real anything is possible attitude behind the product which helps keep the outputs from becoming stale or repetitive.

Cons

At times things can move a bit slowly whenitcomes to building, mostly because of company size and bandwidth limitations. Internal DRIs also seem to change fairly often which can create some inconsistency. On top of that forensic milestone tracking can occasionally get pushed down the priority list.

simple schedule adjustments

Pros

Having all employee shift details displayed in a clear, well-organized chart makes it simple to adjust schedules and quickly share the right information with the teams whenever needed.

Cons

Making temporary schedule changes takes a lot of time and not being able to move an entire shift at once adds extra work since each part of the shift has to be adjusted separately.

better organization, confusing updates

Pros

It gives us more structure and organization than what we had before which honestly was barely anything at all.

Cons

There are reports of emails going missing with no real way to trace them and updating the schedule one person at a time doesn't flow well.

fantastic scheduling visibility

Pros

Keeping track of my direct reports' daily schedules has been much more manageable with this tool especially when I need to spot patterns around statuses not being updated on time. The Assembled web app is also really helpful for monitoring vacations and seeing who is out which makes it easier to plan staffing coverage and adjust schedules when needed. The number of features genuinely surprised me and one of the best parts is the integration capability that lets you sync schedules with Google Calendar and other scheduling platforms. My direct reports have really been appreciating that feature as well.

Cons

My organization selecteditto replace another platform we had relied on for years and honestly there have been very few downsides in usingitfor everyday employee schedule tracking. At first I wasn't sold on the interface becauseitseemed a bit overwhelming with all the sections and clicks but once I spent more time withit, I could see that the layout and features were actually thoughtfully built and very useful.

Pros

Running my team feels much more organized with this software. It also helps me keep an eye on productivity and check whether everyone is meeting the actual KPIs.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the navigation structure.Itcan be a bit difficult to move around anditwould be much better if related things were grouped together more clearly.

helpful tracking tools

Pros

There's a lot of useful data and plenty of tools built in to follow agent performance which makes keeping track of everything much simpler.

Cons

It's missing live monitoring and the team performance tracker crashes pretty often. On top of that some settings get locked and cannot be updated without admin access which makesitharder to work with.

clean interface with strong potential

Pros

It comes across as a very great tool from a visual standpoint. Also it is clear, easy to read and simple for everyone to learn how to use. Plus the team seems to be putting real effort into rolling out reporting improvements which should add even more technical value to the platform overall.

Cons

At the moment, reporting still hasn't reached the levelitneeds to be. That said I know this has been a major area of focus, along with WFM Capacity Planning which is important ifitis going to become a more complete and well-rounded tool.

Easy agent adherence tracking daily

Pros

Keeping track of employee activity has been very useful and the chat feature is a nice addition. The learning curve wasn't steep either. I have been able to monitor all of my agents' adherence daily, weekly and monthly without much trouble.

Cons

There are still some bugs and issues that get in the way. At times supervisor access gets removed unexpectedly which makesithard to handle day-to-day work. Another limitation is that I cannot clearly see whether an agent is on an active inbound or outbound call sinceitonly shows them as available on RAC or Outbound.

Pros

One thing that's been really helpful in the staffing timeline is being able to select multiple items now. Before we were limited to choosing just one so this is a great improvement.

efficient for report extraction

Pros

Employee tracking works very well and the platform is very user friendly especially for the WFM team. Report extraction is also efficient and helps a lot in daily work.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the filters. The WFM team has to manually deselect multiple entries, like site selections which takes extra time.Itwould be much faster if each filter only allowed one selection and that could also make real-time analysis more accurate and reduce bugs.

Pros

It's been very helpful for making sure staffing is aligned with where it needs to be. I also appreciate being able to track my team's SLAs throughout the year.

Pros

Working alongside our WFM team has been very easy with Assembled. The color-coded schedules and the Google Calendar integration make planning feel effortless and well organized.

Pros

Getting the data I needed was surprisingly easy. The extraction process is also very user friendly and I was able to pull the necessary information quickly without running into confusing steps or needing any specialized technical skills. That efficiency really helped organizes my workflow and saved me a lot of time.

Cons

At this point I honestly haven't come across anything that needs improvement.Itfeels thoughtfully built and complete, everything has worked exactly the way I expected and the experience has been smooth right from the beginning. I am very satisfied with both its performance and feature set.

User friendly software

Pros

Creating schedules is easy and the platform feels user friendly without being overly complicated. I am also really looking forward to the upcoming features that were recently discussed especially the schedule generator. It seems like the product is heading in the right direction with additions that should be genuinely useful for users.

Cons

I noticed some technical and bug-related issues that come up and require intervention before we can keep going. The schedule colors also change randomly without any warning which can be frustrating. I'd also love to see more integration options available with other payroll providers.

Suggestions actually get considered

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that when I submit a suggestion, it actually gets considered. The platform is user friendly, easy to understand and simple to teach to others when they're getting started.

Cons

There are still a few features I miss compared with other WFM tools like Aspect. For example, I'd like the scheduling view to let me grab multiple codes at once so I can update several segments for dates and times in one go.

Pros

The way the data is visualized makes it very useful when reviewing information. With just a few clicks and a quick overview, it's possible to get a clear sense of the context and what's going on.

Pros

Using it has been very easy and the interface is really where it stands out most. Compared with other platforms in this space, its UI brings the most value and makes the overall experience much better.

Cons

Well organized and beginner friendly

Pros

Assembled is very well organized and fairly beginner friendly in most areas which makes it much easier to get comfortable with. I also really appreciate the clear tracking tools since they make it simple to see what an agent is doing and whether they are being productive.

Cons

One thing that could really be improved is the lack of a bulk filter for people because there should be a better way to filter specific users when making schedule block changes, like for training. I also have concerns about the schedule request approval process.Itwould help to see when a request was originally submitted so we can track how many hours have passed. On top of that the notes added to blocks disappear and do not show up in the schedule history. Those notes should remain available so communication and collaboration with teammates can be more effective.

Multiple time zone view templates

Pros

It has a lot going for it especially the multiple time zone view, the templates and how quickly you can move someone to another team. Since I am the one building schedules for my team, those features have made the whole process much more manageable than with the other WFM tools we used before.

Cons

Every now and then I have run into glitches with the dates on time-off requests.Itwould also help if canceling a time-off request automatically brought back the original activity or prior tasks. The time-off request overview is already very useful but being able to see pending and approved requests together would makeiteven better.

Easy real time staffing changes

Pros

Using Assembled has been pretty easy especially the staffing and scheduling side when real-time changes need to be made. It shows a timestamp along with who made the last update and being able to look back at the edit history is very useful. The template feature also saves a lot of time when putting together a team schedule for a specific date range.

Cons

One issue is that pulling data such as actual volume and adherence can be delayed at times and occasionallyitdoes not sync properly with the other tools we use. Another limitation is with templates like if you enter something manually, those inputs cannot be overridden when the template is run.

Fastest implementation!

Pros

Setting it up was one of the fastest and easiest implementations I have ever done. Other tools usually take months or even a year but we were fully running in just two weeks. The support team has been outstanding the whole time as they are always available, quick to answer questions and open to feedback that improves the product. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Also it is very easy to use for both admins and regular users and the page layouts feel logical and well designed. The biggest benefit for us has been trusting the data it provides whether it's contacts, forecasting, performance, schedule adherence or anything else. In a WFM tool, reliable data is everything. Once we stopped questioning the numbers, we could focus on analyzing trends and taking action.

Cons

Whereitgives us the most trouble is scheduling and audit trail visibility. Scheduling still involves a lot of manual effort because some basic capabilities, like shift swaps, aren't built in. There also aren't many bulk editing options for adding or updating multiple events at once so a lot of changes have to be handled manually, agent by agent and day by day. To be fair, the copy-and-paste functionality works well and the keyboard shortcuts do help make up for some of the extra time spent on manual updates. We also run into a gap with audit trails around time-off requests from the admin or manager side. We can tell when time off has been approved for an agent and the agent gets notified about who processedit but insideitwe still cannot see which specific user approved or denied the request. On top of that role-based access isn't granular enough soit's hard to restrict certain areas ofit which means too many people can make schedule changes.

feedback matters easily here

Pros

It connected with Zendesk pretty easily especially compared with other platforms I have worked with. The part I appreciate most is how seriously they take customer feedback and how quickly they turn requests into action. I'd gladly recommend them to others in fact, I already have and one of those referrals ended up signing a contract. Both founders are very tech-savvy, approachable and clearly know their platform inside and out.

Cons

One area that could be better is communication. If a feature isn't available, I'd rather they say that upfront so we can have a clear conversation aboutit.

User friendly templates

Pros

Using Assembled has been a really positive experience. The platform is very user friendly and the Templates feature makes building schedules really simple. The real-time view is especially useful because it gives clear visibility into adherence and performance which makes monitoring much more practical. The reporting is also quite top class and detailed. I have also appreciated that it runs workshops on the platform's features since they've been very helpful for learning more and hearing different perspectives from other users. We've been using it for our CX team for the past two years and during that time I have seen a lot of growth from their side along with a genuine commitment to improving the product based on customer feedback.

Cons

Only minor downside for me is the time off feature, mainly becauseitisn't connected to our HR platform. That adds an extra step for the team, thoughit's more of a workflow preference than a major issue.
