Quick onboarding and simple updates

Pros

Updating the platform and using it day to day is super easy. Our team can bring new people on with very little training which has been a big plus.

Cons

A few parts of it do feel a little old-school but honestly that also helps keep the platform simpler and more user-friendly.

Reliable contact center features

Pros

Avaya Experience Platform comes with effective features and it has been a reliable contact center solution for me.

Cons

Very reliable support

Pros

We don't really depend on the analytics side,but its a good tool and it's still nice having that available when needed.

Cons

Support is always within reach though the more complicated questions can take a bit of back-and-forth because they need a lot of detail to fully understand the issue. After that, they usually have to dig into it and research the answer but they do always come back with a solution.

Perfect for call tracking

Pros

For a call center company, this software has been one of the best options we could use. It lets you track calls and record them for quality assurance which is really useful. We use it every day at work and it has become an important part of our daily operations.

Cons

I've been very happy with this software overall but the only downside is that it feels a bit expensive. I think the features and value it provides make the price worth it for call center companies.

Simple login and transfers

Pros

Set up was easy and fast and the system is also clear enough to understand and use. Transfers are simple too.

Cons

I honestly don't have any negative feedback about Avaya.
