“project templates and team collaboration”

Pros

Across our projects, we've mainly relied on it as an internal tool to keep track of progress. It works especially well with cross-functional teams and assigning tasks with due dates is very easy. The project templates are user-friendly and make setting up new projects for tracking much faster. The team behind it has also been very approachable and pleasant to work with.

Cons

When we first started using it, the number of emails felt a bit overwhelming though that's something you can adjust in the settings like with most apps. There's also a bit of a learning curve for new users. At times it can feel somewhat dull and I get the sense that we still aren't taking full advantage of everything it offers.
