“Strong product with quick support”

Pros

Any time someone approaches me about switching, I turn it down because I'm genuinely happy with this tool. They do an excellent job and to me, their product is clearly better than the others.

Cons

There really isn't anything I dislike. It's an excellent product and the customer service and support have been amazing and extremely quick to respond.
